unreliable do not purchase. terrible customer service

I purchased the syrp motion control and pan kit over a year ago. I have only been able to use it once on a job where it sort of worked. after that the batteries on the motion control body quit working. Got it replaced and now it just freezes solid and has failed me several times on jobs. Save yourself the embarrassment and stress. do not purchase.
