Im in my mid 40's (F) and had started taking this on and off for the last 2 years, just because Im forgetful or lazy sometimes. But I have noticed that when Im off it, my knees hurt after my workouts especially after jumping and squatting. And when Im on it, no knee pain after my workout. I don't know if it's just psychological, but I now make a conscious effort to consistently take these after dinner.

This is so far the best supplement for the joint that worked for my grandma. She tried others joint supplements manufactured in US with same kind of ingredients but doesn’t work like this. My grandma can walk around with less pain when she takes this. Recommend it
