Amazon rejected my last review, probably because they couldn't believe how awesome these really are, and thought I was fibbing. WELL I'M NOT!!! I am on my fourth bottle of these now, and let me tell you, they have done me wonders. I have read other reviews and thought "there is no way this is that good", and finally took the plunge several months ago, and I'm not going back. These have done wonders for my mental health and mental clarity. I've suffered through depression and brain fog for years, and while I won't lie and tell you these cured them completely, it makes these swings significantly less severe, and brain fog is short lived and I recover quickly. These have kept me sharp as can be, so much so, that it has been commented on by my coworkers and bosses. I recently took a significant promotion at work, and I would contribute the mental stamina it took to get it to this supplement. To be clear, I have taken various supplements over the years, and have found several to not do anything for me, so I feel that I'm self aware enough to know when I am experiencing a placebo effect, and I genuinely do not feel this is what I'm experiencing with this supplement. This is genuine. I don't expect that these to work for everyone, but they certainly work for me, and I would recommend them. UPDATE: I just ordered my 10th bottle of these. I recently had a medical procedure done where I had to stop taking everything for two weeks, including these. Due to the nature of the procedure, I was fairly sedated for two weeks after, so I ended up not taking these for about a month out of complacency. Once I was back to normal life again, my brain fog came back and really threw me off. It wasn't any more extreme than what I'd dealt with before, but it was a real eye opener as to how effective this supplement has been for me, particularly at my high-stress work environment that is very cerebral. It really is a super supplement, and it's almost unbelieveable how well they work to elevate mood, allow me to think faster, and keep my emotional state stable. I will take these for the rest of my life if they continue to be this effective!

I’ve had recurring bronchitis for the last three years, it flares up around the same time every year. I was paranoid this year with COVID, and my symptoms manifesting around the same time allergy season and covid began. Nevertheless I began producing a heavy mucus at first that faded into an annoying cough. COVID is described as a dry cough with other symptoms that didn’t match mine so that was a relief. I’ve always been familiar with the magic of mushrooms but had never made the move to indulge in supplementing, so I ordered these! I do get a slightly nauseous feeling when taking this (like car sickness) so if anyone else experienced this please let me know as I don’t experience it with any other supplements and I DO eat prior to consuming. Anyway, two days later my cough is nearly gone and I feel very alert and an intense focus even when only taking 2 caps instead of 3. Fingers crossed the nausea fades with continued use, or I may have to try a different brand or maybe just a powdered form. Do try though! Highly recommend

Backstory: I used to take Adderall. It did wonders for me initially & in a happy, stable environment however that changed for me. Many negative things started happening in my life out of my control, I was caught in the middle. My mother was sick a lot & watching her suffer helplessly took a toll. I was scared & sad. I found that the Adderall had me hyper focusing & fixating on all the negatives, physically and mentally. I was spending too much $ on quick pick me up vices & smoking like a chimney. It certainly didn’t help the depression I was in. I was also concerned with the feeling of control it had over me & the anxiety I would experience every time I had to refill my prescription. That was addiction. I felt the addiction outweighing the usefulness and decided to stop taking it. That was in June 2019. August of the same year, on my Mother’s birthday, I decided to quit smoking. I knew this would be a tough road. I had flashbacks to young adulthood when I had no energy, when getting out of bed was so hard it felt like there was a ton of bricks on top of me. I did of course deal with Adderall withdrawal & on top of that deciding to quick smoking was incredibly hard. And If I don’t take it for a few days I notice a difference. I get tired & useless again which is my natural state. I also haven’t noticed and tolerance level build up. I’ve been consistently taking the prescribed 3 pills in the morning after breakfast for over a year and they work as they should. So I endorse them. I’ve been taking them for 13 months now and I’m so glad I tried them. Totally a lifesaver.
