Good quality
These resistance bands seem to be made of quality material. Very practical set that can replace weights. If you use multiple bands at the same time it becomes challenging which is great. I cannot comment on the durability of the product as I have been using it for a week or so but I do not expect problems. Absolutely worth the money.

The foam on the handles is poor quality and already has a tear. But the resistance bands are fine.

Resistance bands are okay although the connections hinder your movements sometimes. Overall it works as it should for its price.

The bands are good quality and worth the purchase. It is also worth the replacement of weights to work out from home but does not support rigorous work out.
