This is a great magnifying glass, the light is super bright, only one niggle is that it's not very easy to get into position as its on a fixed pivot. The construction seems to be very good and made well. The springs are thick and keep In the position you put it in.

As well as using it to magnify electronics (soldering) work, which is does very well,, I'm using it as a front fill lamp for webcam videoconferencing etc. The various colour temperatures and brightness controls make it superb for both purposes.The only slight disappointment is that the cable and remote etc are all black, and don't match the white lamp colour as shown in the pictures here.

I use it for my painting by numbers and it’s brilliant, made it so much easier to do. Wouldn’t be without it.

The lamp is great in brightness, the clamp is not the easiest to fix and you need a largish area for clamping it onto. I thought the lamp head would have more flexability and rotation than it does. The magnifying lens is good but it takes a little to get use to it.

Very easy to assemble and fitted securely to the worktop. Easy to use controls and bright leds make delicate jobs simple

Fabulous bit of kit nice and cheap and it does the job well
