Does a decent job
These 16 mm clips hold deer netting to a 1/2 inch CPVC frame over my tomato plants. I didn't break any of the clips during installation but I could hear just a bit of a crack with some. They are not hinged and they're just barely flexible enough to slide over a half inch shaft. They probably won't last many seasons. The product would be improved it if were made with a more flexible plastic. I'm doing fine with them.

Useless
If you’re looking for a true clip that holds something securely this is not it. I purchased these to go along with the netting I purchased to cover my new trees. These do not open and close like a typical clip. (In fact, they do not open and close at all. They’re in a static open position.) I needed to gather a lot of the fabric together to get them to stay put, and even then, with any kind of wind they fell off. Don’t waste your money. There are better options out there.

Not a clamp.
This are not clamps. They do not open they can only go around one size bar. You can not clamp a clear plastic sheet/tarp to a fence, it will not stay, the wire on the fence is to small, and the products are not clamps. I needed them to cover my plants so I could hold the heat in at night.

Good Use
These little clips work very well in the garden keeping my netting in place over the hoops they are sturdy and easy the pinch open.

I thought these were bigger
I thought these clips were for 1/2” PVC pipe. They are way too small for my application, and I waited to try them. My fault. Should have checked as soon as I got them. I have no idea what I’ll use them for, but they won’t be useful for my original intended purpose, and they aren’t big enough to use with any of my plastic tubing. Waste of $, but my fault for not checking earlier.

Plastic haven't used for a year yet
Product took about a week to arrive [no problem with that however]. Took chance on it fitting tube and it does. How long plastic will last in sun will have to be determined. Does what I need it to do and that is to clamp netting onto tubs.

They grab onto the round bar but they do not open. they are solid.
