works great for my Goplus 110 pound water bag and BeneLabel hanger
I'm using this with my Goplus 110 pound water bag and BeneLabel hanger, it's great. It's giving the spring I need but and is looking very strong. I used two large washers I had on hand to lessen the sliding.

Awesome product... Magically works exactly like everyone says!
The problem I needed to solve was, my 70 lb punching bag was making a lot of noises hung in my basement under a floor joist. Even after I got rid of the metal chains and used rope there was still vibrations. That's when I found this Bag Spring. Don't let the image fool you, the spring is LARGE, it's like 6 inches long, and 2 inches wide, real strong steel. Anyway, after installing it, all the movement and vibrations disappeared like magic! Now I'm punching my bag well into the night without disturbing anyone!
