Can you cook hamburger in this

You might bee able to cook chopped up meat, but Hamburger... NO! This is plastic and very flimsy, at best. The cover does not stay on and when picked up, it always comes off.

What food is good for to cook in that pot

It’s a microwave bowl with a lid. Cook normal food you would typically cook in the microwave. Soup, rice, leftovers ect.

This came with no instructions. How do you use it

They are good for cooking vegetables, cooking soups, warming up food in the microwave. For frozen veggies, about 4 minutes on high (2 cups of veggies) seems to do it. If you're cooking a can of chili, 90 seconds, stir, and try 60 seconds first to see if the food is warm enough. Make sure the lid is clipped on in front if doing veggies or you'll put half of them in the sink when draining the excess water.
