Work as advertise and resolved a vibration issue for me.
This product worked as promised. I placed them underneath Klipsch RP-600m II bookshelf speakers which are lying on a wooden built-in shelving unit. I had been experiencing a noise when playing base heavy music at higher volumes. Items on other shelves would rattle noticeably. I bought some thinner vibration absorbing discs that did not do the job. When I upgraded to this thicker sorbothane item, the rattling disappeared. A bit pricey for what amounts to eight small pieces of sorbothane, but worth it.

Reduces skipping significantly, but can be challenging to handle.
Most importantly, the Hemisphere Feet do reduce skipping significantly. The inverted cups fit (albeit just barely) over the existing feet of my c.1995 Technics SL-QD33 turntable, so I was able to retain the leveling function. On the downside, the cups are very soft and sticky, and the hard disc at the bottom does not seem well attached. Thanks to SeaMike for the heads-up about this. They do require careful handling during installation. Overall, however, they were worth the price.

Works great!
Vibrations were a concern for me with our floors, and they aren’t anymore! These kept my records from skipping even during my wild uncoordinated undulating movements approximating what some might call “dancing.” If it can handle a 230 lb man having a full bodied dry heave set to music right in front of it on a second story floor, it can handle most things. The only way I actually got it to skip was jumping. So, if you’re having drug fueled wrestling matches with Kenny G playing in the background, these might not be for you. But we use Spotify on wrestling night so that’s not a concern for us.

They are no longer as pictured.
I bought a set of these, and they had the felt pads. I bought another set, and the felt pads were missing. I thought it was a fluke, and I ordered 2 more sets, but they don't have the felt pads either. I will have to figure something out because the bare sorbothane sticks to everything and leaves stains on wood.

They work, they really dampen vibration.
Used under my CD player which used to skip at higher volumes, not after installation of these vibration absorbing feet.

used the 2" feet to fix the vibrations from my desktop tower!
I know this is not what they are sold for, but I have a desktop PC that sits on the floor next to my feet, and the vibrations were travelling through the wood floor and driving me bonkers. (Plus making an annoying noise.) These big soft feet were a perfect fix. Very peaceful now.

could be real good for a turntable
I'm using them to add some "height" between my AVR and the Blue ray player If you use them for a turntable they are little "swishy" which makes sense

Effective for stabilizing turn table
I live in close quarters and footsteps in the house would bounce my needle, it was infuriating. Threw four of the 1” pads on and increased my arm weight just a little and problem is 98% fixed.
