Stainless Steel Handrail, Silver, 31.5x31.5 inches, Brushed Finish, Wall&Floor Mounted, Stair Rail with Installation Kit

I have mobility issues and needed double hand rails that could be customized to fit on our garage steps. These rails were just what I needed. I like that I can grab onto them easily and they are sturdy enough to allow me to put weight on them without fear of them collapsing. They look nice too.

OMG, These are beautiful and add so much safety to my home. Wish I had added this item years ago for the safety of my older friends who came visit much more safely now!

I am totally disappointed with this product. There were no tool specifications as concrete masonry drill size, for either of the anchor bolts. The support rod and the handrail did not have information on the joining and securing of the different joints. It was not made known to force (pound) join or heating-sweat method of construction.. No Instructions No Directions No Guide.

There no instructions for the install. I do understand why it didn’t include instructions, it’s not for someone who has never built anything before. The wall screws are fine but the concrete anchors are of fair quality and didn’t want to trust them, so I to used my concrete anchors. The quality is very good, plus the design is great for making adjustments on the installation. I would buy this hand rail again for other projects.

Overall the finished rail is very nice. You need to have a bit of handyman in you when you start installing. Our installation was in the garage on concrete, so the slug style anchors didn’t bite into the concrete and pulled right out again- fixed that with putting in concrete patch into the holes with the anchors. The anchors were completely useless with the old sheet rock walls as well. So we used different screws to anchor to the walls. The product also has a collar system that makes it easy to apply to different types of angles, but the sleeve and collar don’t adhere well enough to be sturdy. So we ended up using construction glue on the collar and sleeve to create a sturdy bond. It’s sturdy now, but not without additional materials and work-around.

This railing was an easy fix for a unusually deep step. Would help if a brief instruction sheet could be included. Others have commented about no instructions.

Very sturdy, however it requires construction further than is included along with the material purchased.

This provides good support going down the stairs and it looks very nice. Been few months and no issues so far.
