Q: What size tubing do these fit?

They are only safe for 1/2". They are too small for traditional 5/8 or 3/4" tubing...they'll break apart if you try to force them. I learned the hard way.

Q: will these work for outside patio chairs and hold up sliding on concrete.?

I don't think so-- unless you reinforce them somehow. They are plastic, and hold up pretty well on a wood floor, but I wouldn't expect them to last long on concrete.

Q: So what size tube does this fit? 1/2" or 1"? Also is it made of Plastic or Rubber?

The diameter of my chairs is 1”, and the glides fit perfectly. They are made of rubber, which I prefer over plastic.
