Worked. Potentially helped with an unwanted problem. Period was 2 days late so I drank 3 mugs of this a day with some cinnamon and it came after a couple days. I can’t say for certain I had the problem, but it did at the very least help my late period come. Plus this tea does actually taste pretty good with it without honey.

My package was pristine. I see a lot of reviewers saying theirs was stale or open or had bugs, mine was intact. It said to use 3x a day but I wasn't paying attention and used once a day WITH parsley. Basically I did about half a tablespoon (or one teaspoon) of dried parsley and one mugwort tea bag with about 8oz water. I let it steep until cold because I wanted to down it fast in case it tasted bad. I've done parsley tea plain and that's worked for me in the past (tastes horrible to me) so I didn't wanna vomit if this mix tasted bad. I normally use parsley tea to make sure my period comes on time because I plan vacations around my period but this time, I'm going to carnival in the Caribbean and I had to plan around the carnival schedule. For reference, I get my period like clockwork every 26-28 days. I took the first mugwort/Parsley tea day 21 (night time). I took it the following night again, and by the next afternoon {48 hours later), I started light menstruation. I took the mix one time since it started light menstruation to make sure the process continues and plan to take it once more in the morning. Lastly, the mugwort and parsley combo taste fine after cooling to room temp. I didn't need to add honey or anything. But if you're sensitive, have a sip of juice or something after to chase the taste.

I didn’t experience the deep dreaming as many have mentioned, however it did help me relax and fall asleep very quickly. I was actually drinking the tea, fell asleep and when I woke up I didn’t realize I had fell asleep. LOL!!!! The taste is ok, I just added a little honey and it was yummy. I followed the directions on the package as well. Great tea. I’ve ordered 4 times already.

if you like the smell of a horse feed room or hay then you’ll love the smell of this. the taste isn’t very good even when i put honey in it but oh well

The tea smells really good and honestly tastes great! Just need to add a little sugar to tolerate it more. With what u have heard on the internet about mugwort tea, the answer is yes! This tea helps promote cycles very well!

If for some reason you need your period to start it will make it start. Flavor is decent. Did not make my dreams intense.

So for the girls need there period or don’t need other surprises in their life get this. This one is real and it will work. AROUND the third day u will have ur period. I used 2 packs in each pot that I made. mixed it with some FRESH parsley and cinnamon stick. Drink one gallon of this, yes one gallon and ur good to go. Those who get it will understand.
