The truth about "OG Dirt Water" with no BS!
TL;DR - Vital Earth is the OG Fulvic/Humic with transparency, and it works. For my fellow anti-influencer rebels and outliers who just want the truth and healing minus fancy rebrandings of dirt. I’m your research nerd. If you've poked around, you may have seen other brands calling humic and fulvic “bio-active carbon tech” and slapping on a $90 price tag, and I tried it! I actually really do like the other brand, and I am the type of person who is always willing to spend on the real stuff, but in this case, it isn't needed because Vital Earth is the real deal while keeping its price reasonable. Nothing is more irritating to me than late-stage capitalism marketing. So, just know that the magic in "bio-active carbon tech" is and has always been the fulvic and humic. It works like this... Fulvic helps shuttle vitamins and minerals into your cells. Humic binds up the trash and takes it out. Tossing in a sprinkle of something fancy and calling it a “proprietary blend,” just to jack the price up, is so lame. But! No worries because Vital Earth has been doing Humic/Fulvic before influencers even knew what humic and fulvic were. Hats off to Vital Earth for being transparent with a true 50/50 fulvic-humic blend. Their soil is tested, and their sourcing can be traced. I mean, that is unicorn-level rare in this economy! If you're in the long-haul club of functional illness recovery or you live on this spinning rock with me that is only getting more toxic year after year, start slow (I do half a cap in a full glass of water) and pulse-dose it -- aka use it a few times a week. Just to see how you react. If you aren't sensitive, then just go for it! My body is just the way it is, and I have to work my way up to a full dose, but then I go for it too! It boosts my energy, helps me clear detox pathways, and if I get a bit of a herx reaction (which is actually a good thing), I support myself extra that day, making sure I am drinking water and electrolytes to help flush it out and give my body a bit more rest. Vital Earth didn’t invent “bio-carbon tech,” they are it, long before a PR team decided to come in and reinvent dirt. Anyhos, take what you need. Leave the rest. If this review helps even one person cut through the crap, my mission accomplished! Keep up the good work taking care of that beautiful meatsuit of yours!

This does really help!
This was recommended to me by a holistic doctor. I don't know what it does but I know it helps me with bloating, constipation, and I feel better. I'm only on bottle two and plan to continue to use this. I hope it will help with eczema and just all around general health. I'm perimenopausal and I feel better.

I THINK it made my eyelashes grow!
This is my 3rd bottle of mineral blend. Let me start off by saying that I take a LOT of supplements for a variety of reasons. I started taking this fulvic/humic acid mainly to help nail and hair growth. But I also take 5000 mg of biotin, daily collagen, eat a ton of eggs, eat a mostly carnivore diet, so I really can't say if the mineral blend made any difference or if it was the all the other stuff. For awhile there, I noticed my nails were growing longer/stronger, my hair was growing like crazy, I wasn't losing as much hair in the shower, AND my eyelashes grew! I mean, that was a huge difference because after having so many kids, my eyelashes were pitiful. Now they look like they did when I was a teen. So, then I ran out of the mineral blend and I was being really careful with my spending. I just couldn't fork out the $33 for another bottle. This last month while I haven't been using it, I've noticed my hair falling out a lot more in the shower and my nails are breaking constantly. I changed nothing else in my life. Is it the mineral blend?? Who knows, but I bought another bottle, because, well I'm a little vain, and I like my hair and I like my new eyelashes. As for other benefits that it claims: better immunity - I don't often get sick, so I can't speak to this better sleep - well, I'm in menopause, have too many animals, and have never really slept great. I can say, however, during the time I wasn't using the mineral blend, my insomnia was much worse. Now that I'm using it again, we shall see. cognitive function - I can't say that I have too many issues here. Around the same time I started using this stuff, I also started using Gingko and my short-term memory greatly improved. So, maybe it was one or the other, maybe both. My ONLY complaint about this item is the lid. It comes with a plastic cup over the actual lid that is intended for pouring/measuring the 1 oz of liquid. I have NEVER been able to get that stupid plastic cup off of the lid. So I just pour straight from the bottle and eyeball it. No big deal.
