While product is good, the particular piece I received is torn from the side and seems used as it’s not clean. Tried to reach out to seller for replacement but seller is unresponsive . Hence giving this rating as product can’t be returned.

We all know it’s “buyer beware” out there so you pay your money and you take your chances. I trusted the reviews on this product and I am so glad I did. I just bought my second pair. Don’t be afraid to get the firm plastic as it is still very comfortable, but the hybrid with gel is still very supportive. Either one will provide great relief. The acupressure concept really works. As you’re walking, the counter-pressure agains the heel suppresses the pain. Now you may be asking what about when I’m not walking? After three days I noticed when I was sitting or lying down—so no acupressure—the pain was about 75% better. After five days, I don’t get those little stabbing pains at all. When I first get up, I don’t feel like I’m going to fall because of the severe and sharp pains that await me. Keep up with the stretching because that’s important, but you will not regret giving these a try. Be well.

This is a great product that actually works! After trying many orthotics, even the $1,200 ones from the Store that advertises on TV with professional athletes, these are the ones that actually work. I bought my first pair in July. I figured I could use a new pair since I work 10-12 hour shifts a day. I did not even realize my feet were not hurting anymore. That’s how well these work. Thank you for actually creating something that actually works and does not cost a fortune. Wish I had discovered these before I spent close to $2,000 getting expensive orthotics, over the counter orthotics, and two steroid injections. I went from the left foot hurting to the right foot hurting to both feet hurting. Now I can honestly say neither of my feet hurt now, at least not like the used to when I could barely walk. No more limping down the hallways. My feet are truly HAPPY now! THANK YOU!

These are actually worth the money.bought many others no difference these are no really cushioned but stop the pain.Id say from a 9 down to a 2.

I was very sceptical about these, having bought everything for plantar fasciitis pain relief that exists in the world, with no joy.I have been wearing these for over a month, and initially, they were a bit uncomfortable. But after a couple of days, you get used to them and genuinely don’t even notice them anymore. And they work *amazingly* well. You’ll notice that after your first day of wearing them. I find my offending foot doesn’t hurt *at all* the day after I wear these. However, if I spend a day indoors without wearing these at all, the plantar fascia pain comes back slightly the next day. So I’ve actually just bought a pair of the indoor heel seats by this company.I am a keen runner and have been able to run 12k a day, four or five times a week, without any significant pain (possibly a little niggle here and there, but these last few days have been zero pain).I used to wake up and have to hop to the bathroom on my one good foot, and now I can just walk straight there, like in the old days, before I had any heel pain!I went to the hospital last week for the steroid injection, (which had been booked in Jan) but when they did the ultrasound they said my plantar fascia looked really healthy and they didn’t need to go through with the injection in the end.These have literally changed my life. I highly recommend. (Along with a bit of ice for the heel and an ibuprofen just in case, if you’re into running).
