Never ready when you need it.
The machine is either never warmed enough to function, or too hot to function. You're always waiting sometimes up to 30min to get it right.

Excellent!
Really enjoy this machine. If you are not a die-hard barista then I am not sure with you would want anything else. Also The grinder gets the job done- if you want fine grains do just so twice.

Nice entry level espresso machine
Good for home use. Compact and stylish design. Nice for small counterspace. Got this on a discounted price so its a good buy.On a negative side, the machine doesn't come with a milk jug. It also includes a plastic tamper which is flimsy.

Average Temperature
I think the machine is really friendly use and not complex however it is important to set the expectations properly. I have at one place a professional Barista Machine and i bought this one for my other place and one thing that strike me is the Low to Average Temperature, i tried the workarounds with the setting to go for high temperature and then also i tried to heat up the Portafilter before use but my honest answer it is still low temperature to extract the best of your coffee roast.
