Bought this more than a year ago. A few things from the reviews. 1. Cast iron is meant to be heavy for even heat distribution and retention. If you want something lighter, stick to your regular stainless steel. 2. Cast iron is made from iron. If you paid attention in chemistry class, iron reacts with most liquids. You don't want to store curries and water in this overnight. Will react with the raw metal. Common sense - iron nails in water will rust. 3. This pan is great for rice cakes etc. Gives a beautiful crust and cooks evenly. 4. Refer to no. 1 and 2 if in doubt about use

半信半疑で買ってしまいましたが、 思った以上にいい商品です。 野菜炒めも美味しいし、 冷凍餃子を焼いても焦げない。 ファンになりました！^_^ 私にとしては欠点ではないが、重さがある。

Por el precio es el mejor sarten de hierro que ha pasado por mis manos, el grosor es increible, el precio es adecuado y su uso es comodo. Lo malo, es como en casi todos los sartenes de hierro, el "curado" de fabrica, que pese a ser de los decente no termina de ser bueno, sin duda lo mejor es que lo "cures" en cuanto llegue a tus manos, la pagina del fabricante (Lodge) te ofrece guía para realizar el proceso apropiadamente. Excelente para hornear o freir. El precio llega a variar segun el vendedor, si lo encuentras en 50 dolares sin duda debes comprarlo.
