Effective but gentle.
It seems to work well. I have only used it a couple of times. It lathers up quite well and seems to be effective but mild.

Good quality soap
Great quality saddle soap. I use it to wash a pair of leather hiking boots to prevent damage. It seems to be lasting a long time and there’s a good scent.

Safe
The media could not be loaded. Cleansed my leather couch safely. My 20 yr old couch from haverty’s has been abused for many years of usage . I usually clean it with regular soap and water . This soap cleanser seems to work really well .

My Go-To for slicking leather edges
Gylcerine soap is by far the easiest method to slicking leather edges that I have found. My dad did leather work for years and even built saddles, and gylcerine soap is all he ever used. I have tried Gum Tragacanth and it works pretty well, but doesn't give as clean a result as gylcerine on vegetable tanned leather. I'll use the Gum Trag if I need a more water resistant seal or if I have lined Veg Tan with a Chrome tan. The Gum Trag seems to work better on Chrome Tanned leather.
