Q: how often do you have go before spraying?

My husband is a trained plant person and says it is best to spray ivy in the spring the first time when the stem and leaves are about seven inches long. Repeat spraying necessary when new green appears in places you have already sprayed.

Q: Is this 1.67 gallon container concentrate? What sq footage does the conainer cover?

Yes, it is concentrate. I am not sure of the exact coverage, but I know that I use 3oz. per 4 gals. of water. I have a 2.5 acre lot and still have over 1/2 of the 1.67 gallon left from last year. Goes a lot further than regular Roundup.

Q: What dilution should be used for Japanese Knotweed?

That is a big problem. Cut it down with a weed trimmer each week until mid August. Let it flower, then shoot with 9 ounces per gallon with Roundup.

Q: Do I need to purchase a sprayer with this or does it come with one for application?

No it does not come with sprayer. You will have to purchase one. It does come with a measure cup for mixing
