G 3091 Sliding Window Tandem Roller Assembly, 3/8 In. Flat, Brass Rollers (2 Pack)

After Years of trying to slide one of my windows open and finally giving up, my husband came across these replacements on Amazon! We thought we would give them a try. OMG!!! IT'S LIKE HAVING A NEW WINDOW!! We can Finally open a d close the window with ease just like the day it was put in! Best purchase we ever made!! ❤️ And soo inexpensive!! We talked about purchasing new windows before we came across these!

I had some cheaper ones, with a single wheel. They don't work well. My aluminum windows are from 1966 and these work well in them.

Needed to replace some rollers on my old window. Went to Lowes and Homedepot and they did not carry this piece. So i decided to try looking for it on amazon and found it. Item arrive 2 days later and was installed that same day. So far so good and the window slides like it was butter on a hot plate.

I have 23 year old vinyl viking windows (original build). These windows are large and heavy (75"Hx70"w for just the slider), but viking thought tiny plastic wheels would be a good idea? After being unsuccessful in finding an exact replacement for the entire housing, I realized all I had to do was replace the wheel itself. These were a perfect fit, and being brass, I don't have to worry about them flattening out like the old nylon ones did under the excess weight (see first pic). Ideally I'd use larger wheels, since they're still don't slide like 'butter' after replacement, but that would require cutting out the bottom of the frame for new housing. In the meantime, these were great replacements and fit perfectly.
