Macadamia Nut Shortbread

I love these cookies but they really need to pack these better, or put a fragile sticker on the box or something so that they don't turn into crumbs by the time they arrive to their destination. The crumbs may be good as an ice cream topping, but I would rather have more whole cookies. :) I recently had my friend who was visiting Kauai go to Costco to pick me up these cookies-- and there were very little crumbs. So, hopefully, they will work this out. These cookies are very pricey for what you get--but I still appreciate being able to get them without taking a trip to Hawaii.

I got this at costco in Hawaii. Found it online at amazon. $$$ but worth it!! Yummmm!

It is quite expensive and the cookies turned into rock salt like, could be it's an old stock since it looks like crumbs into small pices.

Cookies are just okay, not something to rave about.
