Topnotch Sweetner!
I’ve used this sweetner for many years. It’s never been disappointing. There’s no aftertaste and it has a granulated texture.. You’d almost think it was real sugar! Even the color of it is just like sugar. The only difference is that it’s 1/3 less sweet than sugar. However, the company that makes this sweetner tells you that on the package. So, I always use a little bit more.

Good sugar/artificial sweetener substitute, but requires larger quantity
This product has the appearance of sugar and no nasty aftertaste like stevia. I like it. My only complaint has nothing to do with the quality of the product, but erythritol in general. If you like sweetness, you will have to use more. I have a wicked sweet tooth and used 2 packets of equal in my giant cup of morning coffee. Unfortunately, to get the same sweetness with erythritol, I would have to use 4 tablespoons which is ridiculous and not cost effective. So, I have been using less and just getting use to less sweetness. I have not tried it for baking yet. It isn't as cheap as my generic equal ( $1 for a box of 50 packets at the 99¢ store), but it is worth the cost since it is not toxic and has no calories.I will say that if you plan to switch to this, the Now foods 2.5lbs for $19 (free shipping with prime) is a better price per ounce and the same quality.

Excellent Sugar Substitute
I really like working with this sweetener. Not only does it look like granulated sugar, it acts like it in recipes, providing a sweet taste with zero calories. Measuring is easy: Just use a standard measuring spoon or cup. I make coconut/almond flour cookies with Zero, and they turn out great. Now it's claimed that Zero provides only 70% of the sweetness of sugar. Personally, I find that the product is quite sweet and I've never had to add extra to a recipe. I'd recommend a bit of experimentation if this is a concern to you. I also like that the product comes in a thick, resealable bag for convenient storage. Note: Many people choose this product because, unlike some sugar alcohols, erythritol is less likely to cause GI upset. I've not had any problems with the product, but I'd advise staying close to home the first time you try it, just to be safe. I have heard that this product can cause upset in some very sensitive people.

Tastes good, but too expensive
This is a great sweetener, but it's less sweet than sugar, so you have to use more and this is quite a small package. As a result, I only use it rarely to make it last. If it wasn't so expensive, I would give it 5 stars. As far as taste, it's the best tasting sweetener other than sugar itself.

Best sweetener ever!
I love this sweetener. The quality is consistantly good and there aren't any additives that leave an after taste. This is the only sweetener that I have found that I can tolerate without digestion issues and doesn't have any weird tastes or after tastes. Plus it's natural, so it doesn't have the potential issues that the chemical sweeteners may have. And, of course, it has low or no carbs, depending on who you talk to. It is a bit less sweet than sugar, but I've gotten used to less sweet flavor and like it, so I typically use the same amount or less than what a recipe might call for in regular sugar.

Good Sugar Substitute
I bought this in error but was not very pleased with it. The crystals do not dissolve very well so the sweetness remains at the bottom of the cup but it does sweeten if you mix really really well. The upside is that it does not have the bitter aftertaste of stevia and monk fruit.

Look for 100% Erythritol
I've been using the wholesome Sweetners brand for years. I tried the Now brans for the first time because I found it cheaper. I think they are comparable. Beware: These are much better that the Nectreese sweetner crap - which is deceptively labeled and has a nasty after taste. They say made from Monk fruit. Wow! and you read later that they have added a few grains of the monk fruit extract. It also contains sugar and mollasses? It's like something form a chemical factory! What do you expect from the makers of Splenda, I am not going to return mine because it's not worth the hassle. But I will never buy Nectresse sweetner again. Instead I will stick to Now or Wholesome Sweetners 100% erythritol which has zero after taste zero calories and zero glycemic index looks like sugar Is a natural product it is not bad for you except - If you have more than 20 teaspoons a day it will act as a laxative, So make sure those days you stay close to the throne. I use it in my hot tea and it dissolves quickly. One thing you need to add a lot. it is not super concentrated. So if you would normally add 1.5 teaspoons of regualar sugar then I would add 2 teaspoons of this stuff.

I love this sugar
Okay, I do not like the after taste of most 0 cal type sweeteners. I also don't like things too sweet. I would normally use three quarters of a teaspoon of sugar for a large(17-20 oz) coffee and I use one teaspoon of zero. I don't detect any after taste. There is a slight cooling sensation on the tongue if you taste it plain. I use it for cinnamon toast 3 days a week and for coffee every day. We use this for a little sugar on strawberries and use it for baking. I have tried z-sweet and use it as it is cheaper, however, this is my favorite. It may be because they make this from sugar cane. I use the packets when traveling and eating out and keep this 12oz in a sugar dispenser next to the coffee pot.

I grew up with 90% no processed food, not to mention the tones of sugar in the 10% processed food which didn't exist. You will get up to 200 g of sugar in a home made cake, from which you will eat just a slice, not from a 500 ml pot of ice cream. So, last year I decided that it was time to ditch the sugar, of any kind, even honey. After reading a lot on internet and founding out that actually our body doesn't need table sugar or any kind of sugar apart from the one as glucose from all the food that we eat, and also wanted to go back to my roots, I started to work on sugar ditching. So, right now I am on the good path. I am 90% processed food free and in the 10% I avoid the ones with any kind of sugar. I am 99% sugar free, especially after I found out that a regular ice cream with sugar, eggs, cream, milk, makes me bloated and I came into this Holland&Barrett, dairy, sugar free ice cream very yummy named Perfect World, made with sugar alcohols, almonds and cashew, etc. I am at a point in which just thinking to pump my body with up to 200 g of sugar or even just 20 g of sugar from any kind of dessert, makes me sick. Anyway, I got the Erythritol today and I have to say that smells and taste sweet. It is sweeter than an Ella's kitchen prunes poach. This being said if you, like myself, want to ditch the sugar, this will help a lot and also the H&B ice cream which has just 5 g of natural sugar in a 500 ml pot, sugar which doesn't rise your blood sugar, even more, helps you to ditch the table sugar and co. For me even a banana is too sweet and when I buy bananas for a banana ice cream, I am buying green bananas. All in all recommended for people on the way to ditch the sugar and CO. (honey, agave, maple syrup etc.) NEW REVIEW: Well, because I do want to be TOTAL SUGAR FREE I've done more online research and came out with the fact that this SUGAR is not natural and it's very highly processed and involves a lot of chemistry which I didn't have the patience to read it to the end. So, I stopped buying and using it. After all I didn't grow up with artificial SUGAR so I can live without it. Let just say that I just had to try it and that is all. From now on no more SUGAR, apart from the real natural one from my apples and veg, in my life and kitchen. I will just say this: if you really want to be NO NATURAL SUGAR FREE, buy this only if you want to try it, but don't lie to yourself, like I've done, telling you that if you eat this you are sugar free. You might be SUGAR FREE BUT NOT PROCESSED FOOD FREE, which I want to be. I think that at the end, even if this is not raising your blood sugar, it's even worse then SUGAR. A doctor said that all that is made in a laboratory or/and it's highly processed, is not good for our body. How TRUE! I also ditched the H&B sugar free ice cream after getting booted and not being sure where the vegetable glycerin in ice cream is coming from.

It’s a good choice of erythritol - organic at a fair price, nicely crystallised as well.

I have used this type of sweetener to have a better replace from normal sugar, but I found it taste horrible, and you have to add up to 3 times more to taste the sweet, and you reach that much, the taste is not good at all. I won't buy it again.
