As good as it gets.
The build quality of this case is superior to that of similar cases built for Android devices. It's nicer by far. It's a tank.. As a tank, it is very heavy. These are all selling points and anyone complaining about it didn't know they were signing up for.Installing this behemoth is straight foward, though you will need your own tool apparently.Case was already dropped from 7ft, on to concrete. Phone and case are fine, but I feel for the concrete.

The only case I will have for my phones
I have always had these types of cases on my phone for about 6-8 years. They are always reliable for the heavy duty areas I go to(construction sites, swimming, high drops, etc.). I remember a specific time where I was working out in the gym and I had it on the floor next to me while lifting 45lb handbells. I accidentally dropped one and it landed straight on top of my phone. The glass from the case broke, but the phone do not have a single scratch on it!!! I will always use this brand and style of case for my phones!

Case blocked cell reception, rendering my phone useless.
I really liked the design of the case, but after putting it on, my reception was cut in half, or eliminated completely. I had never heard of a case doing this, and assumed there was something wrong with my phone. I wasted many hours on the phone with Apple and Verizon trying to troubleshoot. I didn't want to believe that the case was causing my service issues, but I tested this theory, using an identical iPhone12, with the same carrier, on the same plan, in the same place. Without the case, the phones each had 2 bars. When the case was applied, neither phone had any cell signal at all. Very disappointed because it's a nice and tough case.

Strong Case
The case is strong but I keep my phone on silent and that toggle gets switched constantly with this case. One poor design for an otherwise solid product. I got this for an iPhone that had damage in the back casing and it worked very well to protect it, but this thing is heavy as hell.

Solid
It’s a tank and a well designed one too, just make sure you know how to install the tri-camera projector because this thing won’t have the clearance for it if you’re gonna put it on after installing and screwing in the case, maybe you’ll be able to put it on before screwing in the case

Broken after 3 months, can’t return it
Unfortunately after using this case for three months, the tab that flips the vibrate switch on and off broke off from inside the case. And of course it’s outside of the return window so I’m stuck with a defective case.

Revised See below. Junk--One star is too many
Got the thing last night and installed it shortly there-after. This morning at WaWa I couldn't use Apple Pay. The card reader couldn't talk to the phone through the case. So used my physical card and put the phone in my pocket. Drove to work and pulled the phone out my pocket to make a call and the glass screen protector was cracked. This is a $20 POS. Pull the 20 out of your pocket and light a joint with it and you'll get more use our of your 20 than I got outta mine.Alright---now that the knee-jerk reaction is done. I HATE having to modify new crap to make it acceptable.First... Apple pay does work. You just have to be considerably more conscience of how you hold the phone to the reader. Laying the top half on the scanner doesn't work like normal. You have to get the middle of the rubber/silicone back over the part of the reader where the sensor is for it to work.... BUT it does work.Second... after the glass broke and I got over being ticked I took the thing apart and broke out the rest of the factory glass. Then installed a piece of tempered glass on my phone and re-assembled the thing. Been using it for the last few days and sorta like it now. We'll see if the feeling lasts--- wanna see if dust and dirt works it's way to the buttons from the front now w/o the factory glass.Any way, I'm sorta happy with it now. Just not at all happy with the process.
