Good dehumidifier
Easy to use and not too big. Ideal for using in various places. I have noticed the rooms don't seem as damp and clothes dry quickly. Tank is a decent size and is easy to remove to empty but also comes with a tube to fit onto the tank

Very effective with the addition of air purifier function
Arrived within a day of ordering. Works well and pretty silent. Effectively draws moisture an air purifier function at the price is very good. Has a timer function as well - look good and is very portable with adequate 2000ml for water means it does not have to be emptied often.

Okay, quite expensive for the size of room it works in
Make sure you fully read the instructions, as to what area it can cover, I brought it and I needed bigger. I did think it felt like good quality though

Moisture
Design is nice and sleek slimline type Noise level is not that bad you can hear the fan bits it’s not over bearing Having tested it it doesn’t extract water fast There is no humidity sensor shut off so when it reaches the ideal 55% it will keep operating as you can set the humidity shut off point so you’d need to use the timer which is hit and miss if you want a certain level extracted It’s probably best for really small areas as it’s only 600ml per day I have another 2LT per day which is best for drying washing This runs on 65w My 2LT per day runs on 135w but is brilliant especially drying clothes and will auto shut off when it’s reached 55% saving electricity Overall for the price it’s looks good but you can get the same operating level for less on here

Complete waste of money!!!!! Don't buy this.
Bought this to use in a small room at home and with the appeal of being relatively small and light. Put it into use straight away and left it running for a few hours. When I checked its performance found only a dribble of water in the tank. Left it running over night and found only a dribble more of water. I gave it another chance and left it running for a further day and found that it had barely extracted a thimble full of water. I used my other dehumidifier (Blyss) of a similar size in the same room and it extracted 2 full 1.5 l loads. This PureMate (and others that are the same but a different brand name) is a complete waste of electricity and money. And upon re-boxing to return, noticed that its suggested extraction rate of 600ml over 1 day was done in test conditions of 30 degrees C and 85% humidity! So it only works if you are in the jungle! Don't buy this if you live in the UK then, or any other reasonably inhabited place.

Value for money
This is a really good dehumidifier simple to use and works well. Put in my conservatory as I was having a problem with condensation and it has made things a lot better.

Dehumidifier
Would recommend this . Left it on overnight and the water it collected was unreal . Very good value for money.

It Sucks!
Yes, true, a dehumidifier is, essentially, SUPPOSED to suck. But that's not the way I meant it... This unit is compact, which may be an issue for some, and, though far from 'silent', it doesn't create a monstrous cacophony, so I won't fault it on those grounds. But... It has a stupidly short cable which - given that dehumidifiers should NOT be used in plug adapters - makes it extremely awkward to get it where you want to use it, more often than not impossible. However, the real down-side is that whilst the unit does work, it does so at such an imperceptibly slow rate - even in a damp house like this - that it can take days and DAYS to fill its not at all large tank. Also, when its REALLY not at all large tank is full, even a fractional tipping of the unit by mistake or a passing household pet can cause it to chuck said tank full of water out onto the floor where it will almost certainly fall over and leak. And then take another epoch or two to suck the water back up. Might just as well wait for the next Ice Age to freeze the water and shovel it up. I would not consider this unit to be value for money, certainly not efficient or practical and wouldn't really recommend it at all.
