we carried this at my old job for a minute and it was always my favorite but i haven’t been able to find it in stores so i went ahead and got the big one on amazon. It’s great on wings and also a great dipping sauce for anything. I also use it to cook- it’s good for marinating chicken, goes great in red beans and rice and had also been good in lettuce wraps. For those wondering about the flavor- it’s like a barbecue mixed with sweet white vinegar and brown sugar and there is definitely some heat.

Excellent flavor! Heat was subtle, could be spicier. Used it on some BBQ ribs. Came out tasty.

To make this absolutely clear on whomever resds this. I am NO EXPERT, this is going off my personal take. Im just trying to level it out. Its different. Its not bad but if your a kind of KFC fan of nashville hot chicken, this is not like it at all however, the sauce if cooked on like Out of the Fryer/ Airfryer / Oven hot. Heavily recommend drizzling on or tossing in. Do not cook in oven longer than 2 minutes it WILL easily burn. Overall. Its something different to try. Would recommend on Chicken Tenders and Nuggets. Im sure its also good on wings. And other things. Again, its just from my experiance. Hope this helps
