Expanding Zipper Pouch, 13 x 9.25, Black/Clear

My 10 year is in 5th grade and requiredn to carry a casit binder around school instead of a backpack. And, they want us to have a pencil case. In this pencil case, we are supposed to store the 10 pack of large markers, a 24 pack of crayons, a large set of color pencils, along with glue sticks, a protractor and many other items. Obviously, all of these items cannot fit in the regular size pencil case. That's why I'd loved this! This item can be used in a hanging file cabinet. The plastic piece for that was very sturdy. But what was cool is you could slide that plastic piece out and it leaves a three-ring binder holes. Voila! A binder pencil case that actually fits all of the stuff that they need at school!! Kudos to this find. We are less than a month in a school so I will let you know how the zipper holds up.

This is amazing! The size is huge and it looks sturdy. I'm a homeschooling mom and I was looking for something to hold our literature books in our workbook binders. This is so big it's going to hold Watership Down!

I really like the Advantus 50904 Expanding Zipper Pouch, however, it isn't obvious from the pics that the zipper opens at the rings. Although this pouch is really tough, holds a ton, and is easy to see into, it's super awkward to open and close because of the location of the zipper. I have small equipment, pens, mini surge protectors, etc. inside without any problems. Just the zipper. In my pic, you can see where it opens. It's not difficult to zip/unzip...just awkward. You have to open the binder all the way in order to access it. On the one hand, you are less likely to lose items if you fail to rezip, but if you are opening it often, it's a pain. Because of that, I would not order more. Again, it is a really great pouch otherwise. :-(

I’ve ordered this twice now. Neither one has come with the bar for hanging it in a hanging folder container. If that’s what you need, pass on this one.

I have purchased 2 overall. Once I saw how durable and functional it was I bought one for myself for work. It has been helpful for me, as I work in the community and I store assortment of things that are regularly needed. My son uses his for school to put class supplies in. Having this made it much more easier so he could have all of his items with him all at once instead of carrying different pouches for desired classes. He has used it for over 2 years and it is still in great shape.

I was looking everywhere for a pouch like this! Just perfect. I keep my medications in it hanging in my file cabinet (don't ask why!), and it's great that it will also fit in a three-ring binder. It expands to hold a lot. The zipper was really stiff at first like other reviewers mentioned, but it has loosened up with use. I think it's just because the pouch comes squashed flat and it takes a bit of use to get the kinks out of it.

Made of pretty durable material, and quite large. Great for school/office. My only complaint is that I purchased 2 of them and one of the zippers broke right away.

great GREAT product. Wide and has a lot more space than anything else. I use these for my diaper bag. It has a label spot on the front and I love that. And when I no longer need a diaper bag, I can use them in my office OR storage in the truck. Great! The zipper is a non-issue. I do not close it all the way, just to the 90 degree angle. There is only a half cm of space so nothing falls out, this way I can open it one handed.

Arrived fast and in tact. Great size.
