I have purchased this bench for my home workout, quality os good and can hold heavy weight as well, good for money, very happy with the purchase.

Strong enough and with regular use durable for 1-2 years. Length is slightly small

It has no stability. 500 Kg weight testing is quite misleading. It comes with no instruction manual. I fell flat on my back and had a serious trouble. Firstly no refund but replacement only policy. Then without replacement send you notification that delivered.

Great at this price , best for home use

Need to cover this properly .I am feeling hard wood everytime so I put foam on it
