Alani Nu Pre Workout in Cherry Twist is seriously a vibe! The flavor is amazing—sweet, refreshing, and not overly artificial, which makes it something I actually look forward to drinking before a workout. The energy boost is real—I feel focused, motivated, and ready to crush my session. It does give me a slight tingly feeling, but nothing major or uncomfortable (actually feels like it’s working!). The endurance kick is noticeable too—I can push through longer sets without feeling drained. Overall, this pre-workout is fun, tasty, and effective. If you want something that tastes great, delivers clean energy, and makes workouts feel exciting, this is it. I love it and will definitely keep it in my routine!

I swear by the Alani prework out! I used to use a different popular brand, but this is a game changer for me. I ordered the Hawaiian Shaved ICE flavor and it's so yummy! It's lighter tasting then I thought it would be, but has such a good flavor profile to it that it's perfect. I do find the select few I've tried aren't super sweet but sweet enough. I don't get any type of shaky feeling or upset stomachs, and I think it's due to it being less sweet than others I've had. It works very well, the price point is great on these and the energy it gives = amazing! I do prefer the powder over the alani energy drink cans.

Update Update: daily user now, Costco has it much cheaper. Update: I gave it a week and took a full scoop in water in the parking lot of the gym. After warming up on the treadmill for about 20 minutes I started getting pins and needles in my hands (not horrible) and MY EARS (such a weird sensation). This must be that flush people are talking about. It passed within a minute and got a good pump to finish my run and get a great lifting session done. The flavor is not delightful but I tell myself it's no worse than an OG Redbull taste-wise. I'm using it regularly and not experiencing the bloating. I wouldn't recommend taking it and NOT being active as I'm thinking that may have been the cause. No caking or clumping. Mine had a dehydration packet in it along with the scoop. I just noticed there's an allergen warning super tiny on the back, it's processed in a shared facility with potential exposure to wheat, eggs, soy, fish oil, shellfish, peanuts/tree nuts worth noting if that's something you need to be careful about. ----------------- Ok, so this is my first pre-work, I don't have anything to compare it to other than being a caffeine fiend for a decade. I tend to be a little sensitive to caffeine. I also have Graves disease (hyperthyroidism). The back of the container says to consult your doctor if you have issues with hypertension or thyroid. That was on me. The jar arrived yesterday with the seal slightly opened, not enough to be concerning and nothing spilled out. Since I'd never taken a pre-work out, I took the recommended half-dose last night as I was around the house to kinda feel it out. I didn't get any jitters like I was worried about or any energy flushes or rushes like people mention, in fact, I didn't even really notice anything and went to be a few hours later with no sleep disturbance. Flash forward to this morning and I wake up feeling SO BLOATED. I didn't put two and two together and took another half scoop, squeezed into my pants, and pushed through my workout. It's now 24 hours, 2 half doses later, and I feel 6 months pregnant again. I got online and a quick search revealed that sucralose (one of the ingredients) and a couple other common pre-work out ingredients can cause bloating in some people. I guess I'm "some people" because this is unbearable and I won't be inclined to use it again. I'll take a day off, wait for it to clear up, and maybe try once more just to confirm but ya, I would much rather it had real sugar in it than alternatives. I just wanted to mention this as a possibility because I hadn't seen it in any other reviews. I had the Hawaiian Shave Ice flavor and I'm not new to the overly sweet flavors of energy and hydration drinks; the sweetness is on par with liquid IV with a completely bearable aftertaste. The powder dissolved with just a stir of the straw with no grittiness. The quality of the product is great in my short and limited experience just not for me. Bloat aside, workout and focus went well with no distinct rush. Not surprisingly this item is Non-Returnable so it'll likely sit on my shelf til I get the nerve to try it again before passing it on to the next victim.

I’ve been using Alani Nu’s Hawaiian Shaved Ice pre-workout for a few weeks, and overall I’m happy with it. The flavor is really enjoyable and not overly sweet, which makes it easy to drink. It gives me a steady boost of energy for my workouts without the crash that some other pre-workouts give. I do wish the effect was a little stronger for really intense sessions, but it works well for moderate workouts. I also appreciate that it’s sugar-free and includes ingredients like L-theanine and beta-alanine. Definitely a solid option if you want a reliable, tasty pre-workout.

I cannot recommend this enough. As a full time teacher to littles and mom of 4 littles, the only workout time I have is at 4:45AM. This preworkout has changed my workout completely. It dissolves perfectly no gritty or chalkiness, it takes 5-10 minutes to chug in 6oz. Of water (I’m sure you could down that faster if you wanted) and it takes about 10-20 minutes to kick in with a tingly sometimes itchy feeling. The itch only lasts a little bit then goes away and you get more used to it with time. I’ve been taking it about 4-5 time a week and it has increased my stamina in my workout to the point where I’ve gone from a 30 minute weak workout to a 50 minute high intensity workout. I’ve notice muscle gains, and full body toning because I have SO much more energy to engage in my workout! Cosmic stardust tastes like liquid skittles!

Tastes great and doesn’t feel like I’m gonna pass out lol, I’m not new to pre workouts and I wanted to try something new to switch it up. I purchased a preworkout before this called raw essential preworkout and it made me so dizzy, I thought something was wrong with my heart. Got tests done and everything was fine, I then bought this preworkout and started using it and all went back to normal. Feel focused and hyped the whole workout, I also like how there’s a good amount of citrulline. Energy comes on gradually and smooth, doesn’t come on all at once and doesn’t feel overwhelming. Mixes just fine. To be honest great preworkout. When I got the preworkout it wasn’t clumped or anything too so that’s always nice. I’m not looking for an extreme preworkout with more than 200mg caffeine as I’m getting older now, yet I also want to feel a boost. This hits that mark. Satisfied and will most likely buy again 👍🏻 cheers

This is the best flavour that Alani has in my opinion. Gives me the energetic feeling that I need for my workouts, I like the tingly feeling I get from it and it gives me mental clarity. This isn’t go to pre workout, I he sad when is not available

I've tried a few different brands since my go to pre-workout was discontinued. This is one of my favorites so far, would definitely buy again and try other flavors. I listened to other reviews and started with just half a scoop, even though I've been taking pre workouts for awhile. It did the trick, you don't need a lot of this. You get what you pay for and this a great size for the cost. No unpleasant side effects, no nausea, headaches or crashing afterwards. Slight tingling in the fingers and hands but that's a normal reaction for me. Even if I do an evening workout, I find this doesn't affect my sleep at all. I'm fairly picky about ingredients and this is a good option if you're also concerned about ingredients. Was not a fan of it containing sucralose and acesulfame potassium but after some digging it turns out its a pretty insignificant amount and there's been no reported side effects. I like the Hawaiian Shaved Ice, not overly sweet and no weird aftertaste. Will definitely try the other flavors.

I don’t think I want another pre workout after trying this one, it’s sweet but it doesn’t taste overwhelming

Started going to the gym regularly and my daughter actually brought this to my attention and I figured what could it hurt trying it out? Best decision I ever made! It’s great right before a good work out and there is no crash to the energy it helps provide especially for those intense work outs! The taste is amazing and I’ve seriously thought of stoking my cupboards with all the flavours! Thank you!
