SHIMANOHB SL-3S35 3s-REVO NEXUS SHIFTER

The shifter fit exactly like the old one and only took a few minutes to install. The old shifter was the original on the bike from 16 years ago. Works like brand new.

Works perfectly and took less than five minutes to install. Replaced the exact same shifter on an old townie bike. Zero issues, works exactly as I expected. Good price and worth the money.

The original shifter fell off the wheel bolt because the set screw was stripped. This was on an Electra beach cruiser near 20 years old. Original equipment was made in Japan, metal, heavier and probably better quality. This one is made in Indonesia, lighter, cheaper material, but works perfectly well. I didn't even have to adjust it. The cable was long enough if the handlebar shifter is put on first to reach wheel nut. If you install the wheel shifter first, you may not be able to get the handlebar shifter over the end of the handlebar.

Three speed internal hub shifter works great. It's awesome that the cable and everything is already hooked up.It took me 10 minutes to put it on my bike and it works flawlessly

I've purchased these Shimano revo shift kits from a local bike shop and it comes in a blue, Shimano branded box with a plastic insert that shows off the shifter in the box.The item that was delivered was in a clear plastic bag, stuffed in a plain padded shipping envelope. As such I cannot say if this is a new shifter or a used shifter.The bigger problem is the shifter cable is far too short to reach the bell crank. No where on the item description is the cable length specified. So no I have to try to find a cable or buy ANOTHER new shift kit. Very unsatisfied.
