This ceramic curling iron heats up really fast and is ready to use in just a few seconds. It doesn't catch your hair on any part and gives beautiful curls. It only has 1 setting so be careful how long you have it on your hair. Unlike most curling irons like this, the has a non heated tip which I prefer. The cord is long enough to do very long hair or give you room to move it around. However, the gloves are trash. They do not offer much protection and I would highly suggest you go buy a pair of gloves that will allow you to hold the ends to the iron without getting burnt. It does come with a warrant but for some reason they sent me the warranty registration card for one of their hair dryers.I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest and unbiased review

I ordered this Ceramic Clipless curling iron because I have very thin/fine and straight hair...and I mean NO body or volume whatsoever!! I've been wanting to try these types of curling irons for years after seeing a demonstration at a warehouse retailer. When I had an opportunity to purchase this curling iron at a discounted purchase price in order to use, evaluate, and give a review of the iron based upon my experience, I immediately ordered one.When the package arrived, I was impressed by the box itself as a very nice box and I feel as if a manufacturer wouldn't spend the extra money for that unless it's a quality product. The iron itself feels very sturdy and well-made, yet, it's very lightweight in my hand. There is an on/off toggle type switch and an indicator light when it's switched on. The only thing I noticed is that there isn't a way to keep the hot iron off of the counter, so I'm going to order a holder or something to rest it on that can handle the heat. If you purchase this iron, you may want to go ahead and order something for that purpose as well.The first time I used this iron, I had done some online research and watched many youtube demonstration videos, so, I had a pretty good idea on how to get started. Unfortunately, the iron did not include any specific instructions for someone who doesn't know anything about this type of curling iron. That being said...I turned on the iron...I didn't wait the full 3-5 minutes because I was excited to start using it! Let me preface this with the fact that my hair is very, very difficult to curl and almost impossible to keep the curl for more than a few hours (and that's with a ton of product and hairspray involved. I use a flat iron for the curling effects that can be achieved, and still I'm lucky if the curls last throughout the day.I didn't do anything fancy for the first time because I think the best way to see how it works on my type of hair, I needed to try it first without any hair products on it, and I also let it air dry from the shower. Ok...I just grabbed some of my hair and wrapped it around the barrel from the bottom of the iron to the top, and I wrapped some one direction and some the opposite direction from back to front and visa versa. I only held the iron in place for a count of 10 (not very long) since I don't know how hot the iron actually is. Next, I let the curls cool down for a few minutes and this iron produced nice sized curls that have a looser wavy look due to the barrel size. This is the size that I normally use on my regular clip curling iron for the type of look I prefer. I'm attaching a couple of pictures to this review so you can visualize the results as well. I was pretty impressed with the curls for not having any products on my hair because normally I wouldn't get any curl at all. Next I finger styled the hair just to get an idea what the curl does without a brush/comb and then after a brush/comb. I like the results and I know that it will be better after I go ahead and use my products and get better at the actual use through practice. I will mention again that this size barrel only gives me looser wavy type curls, and if you need tighter curls, I would suggest using a smaller barrel curling iron. My daughter and I love this wand. It makes my life so much easier because I wand curled her hair using a flat iron prior to this purchase. It heats up fast but BEWARE there is no heat setting. I would have like one with a heat setting because we have different hair textures. My hair is fine and it can easily burn so I do not use it. It is very easy to use although it's clipless. Other than the lack of ability to control the heat setting, this is a good buy.

I got this product at a discount for my honest review.I love that I was able to get the larger curling wand because sometimes the tighter curls just aren't what I'm looking to do with my hair. I was happy with the curls that came with using this product and was able to style my hair easily the way I wanted to with some big pretty curls that just made me smile every time someone complimented them. Would recommend buying this item to others!
