Not impressed!
Supposedly this particular formula is better at absorption but it didn’t meet the described benefits at all. I didn’t see any benefits in lowering blood sugar, in fact, I’ve yet to find a Berberine supplement that lives up to all the hype you read about regarding Berberine benefits
