I'm a shift worker that works overnights. For the past year, I've struggled to go to sleep at a consistent time as well as sleep for a reasonable amount of time and have that sleep be restorative. It's been rough. I use black out curtains. I've tried drinking caffeine free tea. I used a mild prescription sleep aid, melatonin as well as OTC sleep aids. I've tried to go to sleep right after getting home from work. I've tried going to sleep several hours after finishing work. Nothing worked for me. I was waking up drowsy, tired, and reaching for the snooze more and more. I was finding myself taking an hour+ nap right before going to work. I even used a few call-in days (limited days usually meant for emergencies or sickness) because I was too exhausted to go to work. I've been miserable. I work a manual labor job which means I really have limited energy to do things at home whether it's chores, exercising, going out, etc. And I know exercising helps with getting good sleep but it's a chicken or the egg problem: how can you exercise when you have no energy? But you can get more energy by exercising. I couldn't do it. I took a shot on this Olly sleep aid. I did a little bit of research and found that this was a promising supplement. At worst it was an expensive placebo, at best, it is an effective sleep aid. It really works well for me. I'm amazed by it. Maybe it's a combination of placebo and sleep aid. I use it in conjunction with Progressive laboratories Twilight Time. I take one for each. Within an hour of taking the two pills, I am starting to fall asleep. Prior to taking these supplements, i would spend hours lying in bed waiting to fall asleep. Or i would get up, watch TV, eat, whatever. Maybe get 3 hours of sleep. I'm getting at least 6 hours every night (your morning/afternoon). And unbelievably, I wake up rested and not drowsy. And with that, I have energy to do things before work. Prior to taking these, I would wake up and do the bare minimum and go to work. Now, I'm entertaining the idea of doing overtime. Prior to taking these, if never think of doing an extra four hours at work. I'm looking forward to exercising outside once the weather improves. I don't know what kind of voodoo magic these things are but thank god it works for me. I have half a mind to buy a load of these in case they go off the market or change their ingredients. One thing I can't comment on is whether they are habit forming or not. As far as value, they're not cheap. The other supplememt I take is about the same price so for about $30, you get two months worth if you only take one.

I’ve been dealing with anxiety for a few years and this has helped me. I've been taking it for a month. It doesn’t take away my anxiety completely but I can now control it better. I take it at night and I wake up refreshed. I’m not sure if that’s ideal but it works for me. And, mind doesn’t wander at night anymore even if I try to make myself think. Lol

I’m not someone who usually writes reviews because, honestly, most products don’t make a noticeable difference for me. But OLLY Ultra Strength Goodbye Stress Softgels truly stands out. This supplement has been completely true to its claims. I’m now able to gently fall asleep without feeling groggy or foggy the next morning, which is something I’ve struggled with for a long time. I used to wake up two to three times during the night, but since taking this, I’ve been sleeping much more consistently. I’m petite, so I only take one softgel, and that has been more than enough for me. It’s effective without feeling overwhelming. I can honestly say I’m extremely impressed. This is a stunning product, and I’m genuinely very happy with the results.

I don't know why this works so well, but i am convinced this is a great reliever of stress, feeling better and its working taking care of pain in my stomach. Its better then a pain pill and I have tried several other pills that cost more and did nothing. I highly recommend it. I have pain from my pancreas and they only give pain meds for 2 months. I did not know how i was going to make it without-pain pills. When I take this i have no pain all day. Then I take one at night and no pain . Plus it helps me fall asleep. This is a keeper.

Brought it mainly to help me sleep better. It worked a little but not nearly as I expected.

Wow. I want to share feedback for others. These actually work! I can feel them slowing down my mind and relaxing my body. The first time I took them I feel asleep so I've adjusted accordingly. During a very stressful, anxiety inducing period I used zzz sleep to get sleep but needed something healthy for the day. These pills actually helped me. I definitely recommend them and tell my friends about them when they are struggling with stress and anxiety too.
