Western Wood Smoking Chip Variety Pack of 6, 180 cu in per Bag

This is an excellent smoking chip variety pack for the price. You get a nice amount in each bag, and the variety makes it easy to pair different woods with whatever meat you’re smoking. The chips are cut evenly and consistently, small enough to burn and smoke well without being dusty or oversized, which really helps with flavor control. Each wood smells great and delivers solid, clean smoke flavor, and the quality feels very consistent across all six bags. All in all, it’s a great value and a convenient way to keep multiple options on hand and stocked. I liked them enough to come back and grab some more. Highly recommended!

Nice variety. Burn well.

I really liked this variety pack as this was my first attempt at smoking with wood chips. Lots of different flavors to play with which gave me an opportunity to learn what goes well with different meats. (Pecan for chicken, cherry for tri-tip, and post oak for burgers is my current go-to.) Western seems like they really make a great high-quality product, I've kept ordering their products once I went through a couple of these bags.

I love using these to add additional flavor to my gas barbeque grill. I throw a handful in a cast iron smoker box and set it under the grates on top of my flavorizer bars prior to my cook as the grill warms up. By the time I prepare my meat they're smoking and ready to add amazing flavor to whatever I am cooking.

Bought this to specifically try the pecan chips, and it did not disappoint.
