About Time Preworkout Energy + Focus (Natural Flavors, No Jitters, Gluten Free, Low Stim) - Passion Fruit, 60 Servings

I have been using this preworkout for years now. It functions great as a preworkout, especially for cardio exercise, but it also keeps my energy levels constant throughout the day, and doesn't contain nearly as much caffeine as most preworkouts do. I also notice a slight decrease in appetite on days when I use this, and have lost about 8 lbs without trying since I started using it (which is a lot since I am quite a small person and didn't particularly need to lose weight).I've tried quite a few other brands of preworkout, but this one gives hands down the best results as far as good long lasting energy without crashes.The mango flavor tastes quite good. The watermelon flavor does not taste very good, but I have still used it when the mango was out of stock, because the good results are worth the bad taste. Don't think I will ever switch brands unless they stop making this stuff. Highly recommend.

I normally won't review an item, but this is definitely not worth the purchase. I'm health conscious and this product was recommended by a friend. It gave me energy but the taste is awful, bitter, and nothing like watermelon. Hope the company improves the taste, othwise not too bad.

I've used the old formula and it worked great! Taste takes a bit to get used too, but beats drinking apple cider in the morning thats for sure! overall great product, does what it says it should do! I can run for days!

eh, really hoped I found a more natural pre workout. but this doesn't do much for me, and doesn't say you can use more. taste is only ok.

bout this 2 times now... the citrus is very bitter, but this watermelon was much better!

Bought bis for my husband and it gives him the results he's looking for but he says it tastes awful. I am not discrediting him because I have no clue, but he's not a fan.

Giving 4 stars. The effect is not as potent as other PWO options. That is the expected side effect with taking out a lot of the artificial ingredients, but it does enough for me to get through my morning workouts. I have enough energy to get through my lifts, but at the same time I don't feel like I'm going to collapse on the floor from heart issues.A lot of people are complaining about the powder "clumping" in their orders. I've ordered this product 3 times so far (I will continue to order it because I like it). In all of my containers, I have experienced a small amount of clumping. Nothing wrong with the product, just powder sticking together. But here's the thing - the product is a powder, so as soon as one of the clumps makes contact with water, it breaks apart. The way I see it, if you have a large clump, break it into smaller clumps. Once you have the smaller clump, then just add it into your shaker cup and it should be dissolved in under 2 seconds. Problem solved. Unless you like to complain, then I can't help you there.

It made me feel itchy the first time I tried it. It's going in the trash can.BTW there's no return on this product.
