I was disappointed in the color. Much lighter than what I thought . However, it felt very smooth and moisturizing. Guess I’ll put another color on top to get the darker shade I wanted.

It was creamy, and felt moisturizing, the shade was just too light.

This is a nice formula lipstick. It feels creamy, not sticky or too dry. Has good lasting power. I don't really like this color, it's too light for me (medium skin, red hair, light eyes) and not really what I had in mind. I'd check out other colors in the future though.

I first started with the matching Laura Geller lip-scrub. This created the perfect canvas for this beautiful color! After using the scrub, this lipstick goes on super smoothly. The dense color is great and it is universally flattering. Just an overall pretty color.I realty dig these tubes. They are a sophisticated black color and feel really nice in-hand. Moreover, the top remains firmly in place whether in your make-up bag or your handbag. How refreshing!This is a super nice lipstick! Highly recommended!

As a makeup artist, I am well aware that everyone wears lipstick colors differently. What might look great on me might look horrible on you, etc.COLORThe color of this is really pretty. It is a neutral warm pink color which works almost as a nude on my lips which tend to be very colored. Others might find this to be a darker pink. I have tried to get accurate photos to show you.COMPARISONSI have gotten two of the closest colors I have to compare to this- both are discontinued. CK One had a great lip gloss called Tender which I loved, and this is a dead ringer. The other similar color is Chuck which is a bit more blue. There are many others, I am sure, but those are just two.TEXTUREThe texture of this lipstick is lightweight. I would not call it overly emollient, but it is not dry either.DURABILITYThis stays on about an hour before I have to reapply.DOES IT DRY OUT LIPS?I am sensitive to lipsticks. Many will dry out my lips easily and some even make them peel. This does tend to make my lips dry at the end of the day and they do peel some.THE BOTTOM LINEThis is a really pretty lipstick that looks good on me. It is a bit too drying over time for me and it does make my lips peel. It is not as bad as some I have tried, but not the best either.MY RATINGTHREE STARS. It is a decent lipstick, but for me the way it dries my lips out quickly leading to peeling at night makes this an occasional instead of daily choice for me.

Wistful is an awesome color that blends perfectly with your liptone. Nice and moisturizing, creamy and comfortable. Recommended.

The formula is moisturizing, fragrance-free, flavorless and doesn't dry out your lips. It is not transfer-proof. The tube falls apart easily and I had to reassemble it to use the lipstick. And I don't mean the top falls off; the black part of the bottom casing falls off and exposes the inside of the lipstick swivel mechanism. For $21, I expected better.
