Big Gun EVO R S/O XR600/650L (ALL) Mufflers / Slip-ons Evo X Series SIL HONDA XR600/650L 85-87, 91-05 - 09-1612

The media could not be loaded. I bought this muffler cause my 1987 Honda XL600R (XR600R engine swapped) needed a muffler but no one really sold an aftermarket exhaust for it. I know this muffler was meant for an XR600R but I took a chance and bought it with my fingers crossed that it worked, luckily for me I got the exhaust to fit my bike without having to cut or bend anything, the only thing I needed to do is bolt the muffler to a different part of my bike. It comes with a spark arrestor which is also cool to have, the muffler and bike also survived an enduro race that I did 3 months after installing this exhaust. Id definitely recommend this muffler to anyone that's thinking about it.

Easy install, looks and sounds mean! Rejet cab with 52/155 jets, shimming needle with washer... must also install air fuel mixture screw... runs great!!

Great exhaust. Great sound. Really woke up my xr. Noticeable difference. Don't forget to repack exhaust.
