Fantastic And Versatile Manuka Honey!
My husband and I have used raw manuka honey for several years. Comvita Manuka Honey UMF 15+ (MGO 514+) does not disappoint. Everything about it met our high quality standards. - A beautiful amber color with a rich, creamy consistency and delicious comforting taste. - Raw and unpasteurized. Certified by the independent Unique Manuka Factor Honey Association. - The UMF of 15+ makes this manuka honey great for targeted uses, including general eating, allergy control, and skincare. - Value: Yes, genuine manuka honey is pricy. But in my opinion, the very high quality and versatility of this Comvita Manuka Honey UMF 15+ (MGO 514+) is worth every penny. I highly recommend this product.

I am forever grateful for this product and its producers!
I wanted to take a moment and write about this amazing honey. I am an engineering student so I usually don't have time to write reviews for the things I buy but I couldn't wait to write a review about this product. I am originally from a humid country. I have lived all over the world before and all those countries had a humid climate. One year ago, I moved to Texas and my skin, especially my face started having a crisis. I have a combination skin (oily T zone/ the rest is normal) and I started getting a lot of pimples on my face and I started developing new allergies in this dry and dusty state. I went to a dermatologist and he said my skin is not immune to this climate and that's why it is happening. He prescribed me antibiotics, 7.0% benzoyl peroxide acne wash and adapalene 3.0% topical retinoid gel. I used only the gel and it made my face worse which was normal because of purging phase of it but I knew that I didn't want to use it forever and wanted to find a natural alternative. I also had an auto immune disease 10 years ago called Vasculitis and survived from it so this is the summary of my background. Since I have a lot of free time in summer, I started looking for the beneficial natural things for acne prone skins in dry climates and I found manuka honey. Some people eat it for their health issues and some people apply it on scars, cuts and other problematic skin areas. I made a little research because there are many which claim that they are medical manuka honey. This is UMF certified honey and if you want to confirm it, you can google it and find the list of UMF certified honey brands and their license numbers in NZ. I wrote to Comvita's official website's customer service and asked if I could purchase their products through Amazon because I was living in the US and if I ever experienced something unexpected, I would return it easily. They said they are selling their honey through Amazon in the US so I can definitely do that. If I was not a student, I would definitely buy the 20+ one because my biggest concern, for now, is not internal but external. It does come like 6 oz. in an 8 oz. jar but after seeing what it has been doing to my face, it is not even a concern. 15+ tastes great! I usually buy raw organic unrefined honey from a natural grocery store and they definitely don't taste the same. This is denser and you can definitely taste the quality. If you have a serious stomach or any other internal problem, eat one TBspoon a day. If you want to stay healthy, eat one Teaspoon a day because it is strong and yummy! I started applying this on my face as a mask after cleansing and toning my face after the shower. I used it 3 days and kept it 30 mins each night. I didn't see much difference but when I started leaving it over night, I had amazing results. After I started using this honey as an overnight mask, I quit using the adapalene/differin retinoid. It is definitely not easy and comfortable to sleep with it but it is WORTH IT! I had a huge cystic pimple growing around my chin area again and I felt so down that day. Then I read some stories about the people who were applying honey as an overnight mask when they have problems. This is my second day and there is nothing growing on my face and all of my blemishes seems to be fading! I can't believe how painful that pimple was only 2 days ago and now I can barely find its spot on my face. Buy this if you have similar problems to these or buy this and eat it to stay healthy and away from the medicine as much as you can. You pay for the quality and you'll have this body only once!

Miracle Honey
First of all, lightning fast shipping. Ordered Friday afternoon, was on my doorstep Sunday afternoon. So, I ordered this stuff for my husband as he has recurring staph. He has tried everything and this was going to be my last ditch effort to clear him up, seeing as the doctors around here a not able to figure it out. He used this on one of his sores last night, covered it with a bandaid, and said it felt much better today. Here's hoping this will be what finally helps his issue. As for me, I have researched the life out of this wonder honey. I put off buying it simply because of the price tag. It seemed steep to pay this much for an 8 oz jar of honey. That being said, when the frustration level with my husband got to where it was, I sucked it up and ordered. I ordered this brand simply because I read over and over that this is the best brand, most authentic...The UMF rating and so on. Anyway, I slipped on a wet rock a week or so ago while hiking and cut my elbow open. I cleaned it with peroxide once home and that was that, except it has continued to hurt, especially when it gets bumped. I thought it was because of the location on my elbow. Last night I put the Manuka Honey on my cut, covered it up with a bandaid, and unbelievable as it is, it does not hurt at all today! It looks better and feels 100% better. Coincidence? I think not. I think I have found my new best friend. I'm anxious to try this for other issues to see how it works. I'm excited at the prospect of it helping my husbands staph once and for all.

Great product! I've been use this honey as a face mask for hyperpigmentation and I saw results within a week. My husband also used this to soothe his throat from a couch that he'd had for about a month and the cough went away after two days. This is a miracle product and I'll continue to buy.

Firstly ignore the amazon description, this is UMF 15+ and it is 250g honey NOT lozenges. Secondly this is proper certified UMF non-GM Manuka honey. Not all Manuka honey is UMF and not all UMF Manuka honey is officially certified so check if you go on to purchase another product, but this one is the real deal. Taste: A bit like toffee (looks like it too) and also a bit like medicine/cough syrup, pleasant though and definitely fine just plain in 1 or 2 teaspoons daily. Spreading on a sandwich or green apples does the trick for me, occasionally stirring into tea or a hot lemon drink also works with great taste. Consistency: Thick at room temperature (20C) like peanut butter or nutella but you can warm it up slightly to make it easier to spread. Effect: Definitely helps with preventing a cold/flu getting worse or when recovering from them. Your cough will ease, as will healing from an infection or a cut. I haven't tried spreading it on an injury yet but I have noticed it has improved my digestion. Everyone knows honey is beneficial and I believe Manuka is even more so, definitely worth the investment if you will use it regularly but not for a one-off miracle.

Very old stock, expiring in 6 months time. The packaging was bad with faded color. Looks like the item has been in the shelf for a very long time. The honey texture was bad, very dark color with crystallized sugar. I bought the same brand from iHerb and they are different. The one bought from iHerb was nice with distinct of Manuka taste. The one bought from Amazon has no manuka taste. Looks like a spoilt product.
