The reviewes that I read before purchasing the product that "once I opened the package, the plant was in a bad condition. Or, the leaves fell off after some time", I was afraid to buy it, but I gave it a shot and alas! I recieved a good product. I am happy

Don't buy. Plant dies off in less then 2 months
Attaching 24th October picture and 10th November pictures. The plant started to rot and lost all leaves in less than a month. Do not buy. Its a waste of money. First plant I bought from the same seller also went bad and I ordered this one second time hoping this would be good. But this one also went bad in a month. Please see pics and decide for yourself

receive in good condition
receive this jade plant with planter and in very good condition..when i open the package some of branches is lil bend but this is just because of travel... packing is super good ... also 2 holes in the box so the my plant can breath during travel.. i just open a package and water it and place this for 2 day in shade area and now as you can see jade is happy and doing well.. happy with the purchase... 😍

Not a bonsai
The plant is ok as a regular jade but its not a Bonsai. The trunk isnt as thick as shown and it doesnt look 5 years old.

Good looking Bonsai and value for money (Updated)
I was worried as this was shipped from a long distance to me, took more than week shipment, but still received it in a good condition. Attached pictures taken in 5minutes after delivery :) It comes with a care instruction as well. Bonsai looks healthy and it's a value for money purchase.Update: Its not what I believed when I received it, its not healthy it seems... I see the leaves falling everyday that includes healthy green leaves and little green branches... there is a bunch of leaves I collect from my desk (where I keep it) everyday. Looks like the plant is so week. I will still try to give it a good care and see if it gets any better.

Really nice and healthy plant. Worth the buy
Healthy and beautiful plant. One star less because the Pot is plain white ceramic unlike in the photo. But overall happy with the plant. Worth it.
