These commode pads by SaniCare are the very best l have tried and are my "go to" pads. They are THICK and soak up liquid fully. The smell is well controlled. These are better and less exspensive than the thick pad boxed brand. Pad packages that boast "heavy", "maximum", etc should be purchased with caution. I bought one and the pads were so thin you could almost read a newspaper through them. I used two or three at a time to almost equal the absorption of the SaniCare product. I really like these commode pads.

Highly absorbent. However, the pad needs a little thickness to absorb more liquid.

We are potty training our toddler. We bring his little potty in the car, put a small trash bag around it and put 1/2 of one of these pads inside the potty. Works perfectly. Used to work in ER, and we used these types of pads inside a trash bag to line bedside commodes. Does an amazing job soaking everything up, including odors. We cut them in half (for toddler) and keep in a ziplock in the car.

Does a great job keeping odor down.
