Works as advertised.

Not reliable. Worked great on 1st trip on Air France flight and french hotel. Then stopped working on 2nd excursion. I had checked beforehand that it could charge 2 Samsung fast-charge devices simultaneously and wanted to pack light. But on the last night the "intelligent" charging failed. Even a single device complained of "slow charging". I had to scramble with other chargers or I would've had no devices for the flight home.-----------Update: They sent a free replacement with no questions asked. That's some impressive customer service.

It worked for about a month, but then noticed items that would initially charge, were no longer charging. turns out the power adapter was no longer working. ****UPDATE**** changed the rating from 1 to 4 stars. By far the best customer service experience I have ever had. The seller reached out to me and were extremely apologetic. They sent me a replacement that is currently holding up. I am hoping the 1st one I got was a defective unit because I really like it. It is light easy to pack has both USB size options and adapts to any outlet in the world. I plan to get another unit.

This thing is built like a brick outhouse and allows me to simultaneously charge all the devices I travel with. I doubt that I will need another power adapter within my lifetime.

Good for travelling in a tiny shape which has enough charge for main used

Got this for our travel over the seas and it was a life saver. Worked perfectly for all our charging needs and beyond. Highly recommend it.

I’m attempting to use this for the first time since purchasing but unfortunately this doesn’t fit any sockets in the hotel. I’m hoping my battery will last until I get to a store. Too late to return.

El adaptador es bastante compacto y viene con una funda para protegerlo. Cumple bien con su función y lo probé en varios países de Europa incluyendo Reino Unido y funcionó perfectamente. Respecto a las salidas USB hay que tener en cuenta que la potencia máxima de las 3 salidas es de 17 W como se indica en la descripción del artículo. En principio se pueden conectar 4 dispositivos: 2 usb A+ 1 usb C+ 1 contacto normal. Lo que me pasó fue que, guardado con el resto de mi equipaje, se rompió el sistema para sacar el adaptador europeo. Por lo anterior es que recomiendo se tenga cuidado al guardarlo. Sin embargo, me contactaron de Lencent al ver mi comentario, para ofrecerme un nuevo adaptador sin costo o hacerme una devolución de mi dinero. Estoy satisfecho con el excelente soporte por parte del vendedor.

This travel charger is compact and has USB A/C ports so we didn't have to carry separate charging blocks. Worked very well during our trip to Portugal and Spain. Had an issue with the product during the trip but the vendor was very quick to remedy the issue upon my return. Would recommend this.

Exactly like description , now I can go any country and charge my phone and tablet no worries thank you ,very good size and quality confortable

Great size, hard to understand and figure out configuration as printing and picture are so small. Glad I’m not going to Australia have yet to figure out

Used this as my only form of charger for two weeks in Europe. Works fantastically and the USB ports on it were super handy. Unfortunately at the end of my very first trip with it, one of the plastic latches on the side that you use to slide the European plug out with, snapped off. Thankfully it happened when I was on the plane home, so I had other ways of charging my phone. This would absolutely be a 5 star review otherwise, but the durability is unfortunate.My only other nitpick with it is that I wish it were two USB-C ports and one USB-A port instead of the other way around, just because more and more devices are coming with USB-C to USB-C cables nowadays.
