Great for sleep aid. Need to get some more. Just wished it was sugar free

I read so many reviews about this product before purchasing it ( I think I went through all 200+ reviews on Amazon) because I've tried so many natural supplements to try and medicate my rampant anxiety that usually hits its peak around the time I go to bed every night. The worst review said that the size of the packet was too small, so I decided to go for yet another product and tried it. After a couple of days I definitely saw an improvement, albeit a small one. Here's the trick, the Tranquilix (as will all other herbal supplements) usually take about 6-8 weeks to actually make changes within your body, but you'll see small amounts of success as you go along. I decided to continue using the natural vitality drink in conjunction with the supplement, as a sort of in between. It absolutely worked! Now, 3 months later, I actually keep some of the stress drink around and drink it whenever I've had a particularly troubling day, but for the most part I just take my supplement and go on. While I don't think that this stress drink could be my sole go-to for relief, I do think that if you have mild or normal amounts of stress it would definitely work for you.

This stuff was suggested to me by my dietician because regular magnesium supplements give me lots of digestive distress.My doctor wanted me to try magnesium, and I was totally game. I bought the supplements (a pill) she suggested, and that night I took one. In the morning, when I woke up and made my morning stop at the bathroom (I'm a regular gal what can I say ;), i noticed my stool was a bit loose. Nothing major...i could handle it. Nbd, right?That night I took another magnesium tablet. I woke up in the middle of the night with violent diarrhea. My stools were loose for the next day after as well. I stopped taking the tablets and things went back to normal within a day or two.I shared this with my dietician and I said "I AM NOT TAKING MAGNESIUM SUPPLEMENTS". Of course she laughed, said she totally understood and that it's a common complaint. And then suggested this saying many of her patients have had luck with it.I bought it, and low and behold- LUCK! It doesn't give me the stomach trouble I get from taking tablets, it truly does give me a sense of calm, and the taste is Great! It dissolves nicely in water and is easy to drink.I will never go back to magnesium tablets again!

believe the hype! I have insomnia, in the sense that its very hard for me to fall asleep, but I can sleep all night and its even hard for me to wake up in the morning. I take this product on days when I catch myself struggling a little to fall asleep at night, and it helps calm me enough to allow myself to rest. On days I have taken it, its worked within minutes and really helps me rest and have a good nights' deep sleep. The trick is to take it right before bed, and not entertain yourself with anything else after (I think it might be a placebo effect, not sure, but it works!)The product itself wont make you sleepy, it calms/ "um-stresses" you when you can't "shut off your brain" or are feeling anxious. I have taken it during the day, and even gave it to a "mother of the bride" once on the day of the wedding- and like magic, it just calms you down!As for the side effects; I didn't experience any. Many have said it "helped" with constipation and most blamed this on the amount they started taking. I used the entire pouch since day one, but have never had more than one in a day. I cant speak to the health benefits either because I haven't taken it consistently enough- but my husband and his family swear by magnesium supplements.Finally, I bought the Raspberry-lemon flavor, and its quite good, but I like that sort of fake citric flavor taste.

Easy open packages. Mixes quickly with warm or cool water. It will fizz for a few minutes after mixing. No residual powder found in the bottom of cup after drinking.The only negative for me is taste. I taste the raspberry lemon flavor, but it seems as if it is very watered down of lacking raspberry lemon flavoring. I'll still continue to purchase.

Best thing in the world for rapid heart beats

I have suffered from severe anxiety and hypochondria foir 10+ years and I am prescribed medication for my frequent panic attacks. I saw a study that said magnesium helps relieve anxiety and invasive thoughts and being desperate I will try anything. I saw this product and decided to try it because of all the reviews. It's been a few weeks now and I havent had a panic attack in over 2 weeks, I can't even recall a time I didn't have at least one. I will be taking this forever. I am so grateful that I found this. I don't know if it will help you the way it has me but it's worth trying!Update: Its been months now and I am still doing better than I have in YEARS. If I miss a few days I get a panic attack. This had given me my life back. Everything feels better.

This product has a long history of satisfaction. Very cleansing.
