It's probably better suited for athletes though
I have a sever balance disorder and this really helps me train my balance. It's probably better suited for athletes though, since I still wobble and almost fall over sometimes.

pretty good and helpful
really helps you set movement patterns as you progress using the M-Board, but it could be easier to put together. Went through what seemed like a cup of WD-40 pushing the pieces together.
