Used this to replace non slip footpads on a Sara Steady and it works perfectly when trimmed to size. My Dad really puts a lot of downward pressure on the mat but it stays in place and no sign of wear or damage and doesn't move

I wouldn't do yoga or pilates without these, they are perfect. Just the job!

I bought this to place my wheel exerciser to stop it slipping on carpet but sadly it didn't do the job. It was described as non-slip so was disappointed. I may find another use for it

These are perfect knee rests - even for folk with large frames. Super solid yet soft enough to enable safe movement.
