Ok I'm hooked THANKS
Was looking for a different type of sauce and we sure found it with this purchase off Amazon.com. My wife was worried it would be too spicy at first because we dipped our fingers in it to try before we put it on chicken thighs and bone-in-breasts for our crockpot. I decided to also marinade a couple of packs of drumettes and tenders in this sauce for 3 hours and slapped them on the grill. The chicken came out of the crockpot super tender and the flavor was not spicy at all surprisingly. Tasted quite tangy. My wife shredded it up and we had some pretty superb soft chicken tacos. We were pretty full and so we saved the drumettes and tenders for our lunch the next day. It was incredible because we just ended up using the rest of the jar as a dipping sauce for the drumettes and tenders. Stuff just tastes better when you cook things yourself, ya know? My wife noticed I kept my eyes closed during lunch for the most part. Must have been because the sauce was so delicious. Getting another jar soon.

Two strikes and you're out!
Purchased this sauce and it arrived with the plastic safety ring detached & the lid popped out. The sauce is in a glass jar with an aluminum screw top lid. Sent it back for a new one and was sent a replacement in the same condition. Don't bother if you're thinking of ordering this sauce. What a disappointment.

Crazy Delicious! Caused a family argument!
This sauce truly is unlike anything I've ever tasted before. No amount of adjectives for the word delicious could begin to do it justice.Everything, from the glass jar to the way it made the holiday chicken and turkeys sooo beyond-flavorful, EVERYTHING just screams top tier product! Granted I was a bit nervous when I got this because the sauce ingredients settled and separated. But it does say to Shake Well. No biggie! When I told the family we were going to break from tradition on the turkeys by basting one with Norris Dam Good Alabama White Sauce, and another left plain, it nearly caused the Alpha Female of our family to curse. "What does ALABAMA have to do with OUR Christmas turkeys?!?!" she asked. When I informed her we were also slow cooking a whole chicken with it, she nearly abandoned her birth rights! Now, truth be known, I was sweating it. The naysayers and the risk-takers were evenly split (14 - 14). Big family. Big appetites. My confidence started increasing as the birds started finishing in the oven (2 turkeys) and slow cooker (whole chicken). This new delicious smell just filled the entire house and had everyone asking when we could start eating already!! It was like aromatherapy for both the "epicurious" and the famished. How'd they like it??? ZERO LEFTOVERS! ABSOLUTELY ZERO! ZERO! Simply unheard of with this family of finicky eaters. Two year olds and ninety-two yr olds alike all LOVED it!!!!I believe toward the end of the night, the tally was (27 - 0 -1). Twenty-seven believers... Zero non-believers... and only one (Alpha Female) offering no comment, except to say: "Umm, according to the label, that sauce came from Tennessee not Alabama. But I guess it's at least a bit healthier than the chicken that Kentucky is famous for."I'll take that. Sooooo...Final score: 28 - 0I am hoping the Norris Dam Good Red Sauce, yields the same results on the pork shoulders and ribs on New Years! I'll let you know!
