Find them very filling
I've bought these in the past and found them filling, so bought some more. One of the better tasting slimfast bars and also rocky road ones are good as well.

The bars had just 5 days shelf life, did not arrive in the slimfast box packaging as advertised and they were squashed and broken. Unfortunately non-returnable so placed straight in the bin.I have had these bars before, they are tasty and filling. Will buy locally in future.
