My new Deere 960M rides like a rock. Had to do something. Saw this on Amazon, and just had to give it a go. Not bad. One hour to install, did not have a blade gauge, used a tape to measure the bottom of deck to floor all around, made adjustments, mowed, and loved the difference. Mower actually feels more stable. Hoping it softens up a tad more. I can say that the front wheels did not leave the ground while mowing this first time. Was able to pick up speed and finish faster.

The seller was a great pleasure to work with. I highly recommend the seller and the product. Item shipped very quickly. Application was simple and easy. About 1 hour total to exchange both sides. I haven’t used the mower to mow with yet but the initial ride appears to be much better.Update.I just finished mowing 3 1/2 acres. The difference is amazing. The ride on my John Deere 930M was terrible due to the rigid frame set up and no shock absorbance at all. This made for a very rough ride. The Zglide units made an incredible difference. Calmed down the bouncing of the front end of the mower tremendously. These don’t fix everything but they do make a great deal of difference. I would rate them as a great product and one badly needed. This is the engineering that John Deere failed to do. Thank you Zglide for this product.

These seem to improve the ride, but hard to compare once you make the switch. Easy to install except you'll need a socket to fit our mower and I don't have large sockets just laying around. Mine was 1 7/16". My Z glides arrived very dirty. Not sure if a function of how long they sat on the shelf or what environment they sat in. It didn't seem like a factory coating or anything. It was just dirt and dust. I had to clean them completely before installation to keep the dirt out of the grease. $450 seems a little high for what these are.

I was about ready to shoot Deere for ruining my butt....but now, thanks to the Zglide (made by Americans) I enjoy mowing the lawn again. Only had it a week so this is an initial review. You Tube shows the assembly.

Easy to install and they are everything I expected.

These are NOT magic! BUT they are a game changer. I've logged over 500 hours on my Z950R this year, and the season isnt quite over yet. The ZGlides have made my life better in that my hips and lower back to not hurt as much any more at the end of the week. Even IF you dont hurt after putting hours on your mower, they are still worth it. Just the lack of bouncing and jerking on the front end will make the whole mowing experience better. They are a little salty at $430, but they are worth it!
