Great taste!

Love this. It is a lot easier and more convenient than taking MCT oil. No stomach issues and it makes the coffee creamy which I love. I use a milk frother for this, and just find it so convenient in the mornings to get my C8 boost in that it's been a life changer. I've stuck with Ketosource and their products for a while, and they never let me down. This is the 3rd version of this C8 MCT powder they've brought out and it is way way better. Mixes easily and tastes great.

Update: seller gave me a full refund. Thank you. - - - It's fine. But only a 3.5 month best before date. I would hope for longer. As an infrequent user, I will be looking for smaller packs, or a different brand next time.

C8 is really what you want if you’re looking to get the most benefit from MCT oil on a Low Carb High Fat diet. That’s what this is. Plus fiber. Win win. Tastes great. And if you use a blender, there’s no issue with clumping. I use 2 scoops of this, with 2 tablespoons of grass fed organic butter, a couple of raw cacao buttons, and a small scoop of a multi collagen peptide protein blend in a fresh cup of coffee every morning. Whizz it in the blender - it’s magic.

Important premise: I have been following, under medical supervision and due to a particular clinical condition (not "do-it-yourself diet") for years, a regimen with close monitoring of blood glucose and ketonemia values, in conjunction with constant detection of the blood glucose rate through CGM scientifically validated and calibrated in the hospital, so I know what I'm talking about moreover, likewise to keep in mind, for years I have been taking MCT supplements in both C8-C10 and pure C8 blends, both in oil and powder formulations, and finally among the various brands tried over the years it has always played a certain role precisely that of Ketosource. So, after having favored the latter especially in the powder format, since the first type on the market, then improved with the second version which had appreciably removed the silicone dioxide, I have been looking forward to the launch of this third edition, waiting for it with trepidation and assuming it would have been a further improvement in terms of yield and solubility (the previous version was a bit tricky to dissolve, a blender needed, but nothing unsurpassed with a little patience; for the rest I was fine). Proof of my total esteem and trust in the brand is that despite the total absence of feedback and reviews, I did not hesitate to be among the first to order, and not just one piece but two to make sure I don't run out of stock in case of immediate out of stock, despite I had to face with the risk of novelty also the amount of extra shipping costs for international. But I was sure it would be worth it. Too big disappointment :-( Absolutely NOT soluble, lots of floury / sandy lumps floating both on the brim of hot coffee / tea and in drinks at room temperature; the portable blender is not enough, I had to resort to Vitamix (which pulverizes the nuts, so it would be a disaster), but it is inconvenient. Apart from this "technical" inconvenience, which in any case must be kept in mind given the cost, the serious fact is that I suffered from strong digestive problems, never had with the previous version neither with pure C8 oil nor from KS nor from other brands, and this left me very doubtful ... That it was a faulty mixed batch between MCT and acacia fiber, or that the lumps of this have not conveyed in balance the fraction of fatty acids? I don't know, but a disaster for my digestive system (I repeat: I have been accustomed to MCT for years, therefore I exclude problems caused by inexperience), besides severe headache and general malaise for an hour after taking , prov a coincidence every time and no symptoms when I'm not taking it or taking another brand. Another doubt about the packaging: I understand the need to reduce the volumes of the plastic, but the envelope is uncomfortable, it does not seal well, moisture passes and part of the dust ends up in the closing "hinge" making it difficult to close and sticking fingers when reopening ; inconvenient then having to fish the measuring cup inside. I expected much better from the level of Ketosource, I would have also liked to try their new acacia fiber launched now, but given this experiment I remain doubtful and certainly at full price it is not in my immediate purchase list; for now there remains the regret for the loss of money for the two bags of this product purchased with enthusiasm, trust and good intentions, since I do not feel like causing me further discomfort and what remains will be thrown away, not being able to return it. I absolutely do not recommend the product, despite estimating the brand: the previous version was better, as MCT powders both pure C8 and in blend with C10 there are better ones (even cheaper and in a format with better sealing packaging), otherwise I would suggest KS the oil, but this powder just not, disappointed and sorry ...

Tastes foul, has the same effect as a 90 minute bike ride or skipping food for 8 hours. It's a decent adjunct to exercise and calorie counting for weight loss, but not as good as Oxford labs ketone drink

Me levanto todos los día a las 6,30 h. para entrenar antes de ir a trabajar. Lo primero que hago es prepararme un café "Bullet Proof" (a prueba de balas) con mantequilla y un cacito de MCT, sabor chocolate, se disuelve muy bien en el café caliente y de un punto muy bueno al café. Con el estilo de vida cetogénico he conseguido controlar mi presión arterial, antes tomaba una pastilla diaria con efectos secundarios muy negativos, que hace meses que no tomo y mi tensión está perfecta, también he reducido mucho mi porcentaje de grasa corporal y mi peso, he bajado dos tallas sin pasar hambre, únicamente prescindiendo del azúcar en todas sus variantes y de los hidratos de carbono y alimentándome de grasas sanas (mantequilla, aceite de oliva, tocino, panceta natural) y proteinas (carne, pescado, huevos). Mis niveles de energía son óptimos y mi fuerza ha aumentado, siempre he entrenado pero nunca había obtenido unos resultados tan evidentes ni había estado tan definido y eso que estoy a punto de cumplir 60 años. Incluso me atrevería a decir que me encuentro más sereno, con menos ansiedad, y me cuesta menos focalizarme y concentrarme.

This product is high quality. What is most valuable is its high concentration of C8, and the fact that it’s easy to drink with its chocolate flavour. Any person with dementia can benefit from this. For clinical effect they have to drink 3 scoops per day, to get 30-100mg of C8.
