good quality of wood, not very sticky
easy to install and easy to cut. the quality is pretty good and looks like real wood. It looks great in the bathroom. the only downside is the titles themselves are not that sticky and I had to use glue to make them stick. Even though the product says not to use glue, please do or it won't stick at all otherwise. Lastly, it can be hard to clean, due to the indentations in the wood being deep, dirt tends to get stuck in them. but it is nothing a bit of elbow grease and a mop cant fix.

virtually no adhesion
a good looking tile. Cannot see the point of selling these when clearly the adhesive backing is not strong enough to keep them down even on a perfectly flat surface. Of course you do not discover this until you have peeled the backing and pressed them into place. Thus all will have to come up and have the edges glued individually. A real pain - not happy

Easy to install even for beginners
I dont usually write reviews .Recieved this flooring today , bargain price .Ive never put flooring of this type down before , and my bathroom is somewhat small and a awkward shape which meant lots of cutting measuring etc .But this floor is sooo easy to cut so easy to stick down and it looks brilliant when its done.Cheap and easy fix if like me you were fed up with your old flooring .I will say that if your floor is uneven like mine you might need a little extra glue in some corners like i did .

They come up!!!
I started to use these in bedroom ordered half what I needed.. started to lay.. next morning they are lifting on edges and various.. informed seller.. they replied that you needed a roller that you can hire????? To ensure they stay down.. unbelievable REALLY. . Although they refunded me through amazon... I now have the task of removing them ... as this is not stated on the tiles themselves, I dont think anyone would be bothered to hire a roller!! Ludicrous

Good quality but.........
Good thick quality floors, weirdly, minor differences in sizes. Can only see slightly when up close. Feel nice to walk on and would order again.

Ashwood floor tiles
Originally bought the same tiles from Dunelm for kitchen and coalhouse storage area. They stuck down in coalhouse but wouldn’t all stick in the kitchen so used glue in a tin and still didn’t work some came up breaking with people tripping up as they were coming up.Dunelm discontinued them which were an online purchase only not sold in store but wanted the same ones to complete our kitchen and match coalhouse storage room.I found them on Amazon the Ashwood grey floor tile and I am a happy customer they are grey same colour you see in the picture and I wanted them all put down in the same direction as shown. The same still applies as to buying from dunelm before they discontinued. They are not sticky enough. This time we bought glue spray cans from Homebargains about £2.99 a can and you spray onto the back of the tiles and this has been the result. They’ve been down quite a fews weeks now no problems.Make sure to use spray cans.P.S they arrived on the day they said and in perfect condition.
