PanPastelArtist Pastels by GOLDEN, 8 Lids for PanPastel Colors, Professional Artist Pastels

I had bought a set of Pan Pastels and they come as a stack, so each pan doesn’t have its own lid. I find that odd and inconvenient. From what I read on various websites on using these, the separate lids are recommended. They work fine but I find them a little hard to screw on straight. The lid has to be unscrewed a bit so the threads line up better. But they are worth buying.

I needed these as the set of PanPastels I purchased only came with one lid. This was no surprise and the PanPastel tubs are made such that they can be stacked and act as lids for each other. Not really a problem except you have no idea what color/shade is in each tub other than the top one. Having to unscrew the stack one tub at a time to find the color I want is a pain and an unnecessary waste of time. Using the lids resolves this problem. Unfortunately the tubs don't stack as neatly with the lids on, but this is a minor annoyance as compared to the alternative for me. I was concerned about the lids being jammed together when first received as pointed out in numerous reviews, but found this not to be the case with my order. I ordered two sets and neither had this issue. I'm very pleased with my purchase, but find the pricing to be a bit excessive for what you actually get.

Item arrived in perfect shape.2 small boxes with the lids inside and they were not screwed together.Single lids with a flat top that went on my pastel containers without fail.Not sure what all the complaints are for,must be a different type than what is listed.

I bought a PanPastel set, but when it came, I realized the pastel pans were all screwed together into 1 column. Great as a space-saver, but I couldn’t see the individual colors. These lids fit perfectly. The pastel pans don’t stack perfectly with the lids, but I prefer being able to see the colors and turn the pans over to check what color I’m using, so the lids were the perfect solution for me.

These lids were perfect! I had read other reviews saying the lids were stuck together or broken. Not these, they arrived in a small box with packing material, the lids were not screwed together so they didn’t get stuck during shipping. They all fit my existing pastel pans perfectly. I really didn’t realize when I placed the order that they were going to be shipped from overseas, and there was a wait for the order, but it was worth the wait.

As a professional Artist I use Pan pastels quite often but I hate the way they come "stacked" when purchased as a set...This makes picking out the color you need problematic...What is required is that each color container have it's own lid...Thus the need for this product...They are a life saver...!!!

I ordered these lids to go with pastel pans (why did they not have covers? LOL). Perfect fit. I did have an issue with two of the lids sticking together. Was able to loosen, first using a hair dryer, and followed by gently using the edge of a dinner knife.

The media could not be loaded. I bought these to cover my pan pastels for storing them . They fit perfectly and the lid of the actual 20 color pallet still goes on snugly. Happy with this purchase. I bought 40 lids and they are all in tact
