Perfect pan!
Love this pan! It’s so easy to make beautiful hash browns and eggs over easy. I’ve made chicken in salsa and so many other recipes after this just arrived a few days ago. You only need a little butter or oil, either way the food just slides all around. Perfectly nonstick. You only need to clean it slightly with a very soft sponge, quick rinse of water. You need to keep the temperature always medium low at most because this pan heats up and stays hot fast. It will easily fully cook your food but I think the durability remains in using lower temperatures than you’re used to with other pans. I haven’t had any issues with scratches or peeling at all. Beautiful design and my new favorite everyday frying pan!

Great little pan
This is just perfect for a small batch of bacon and eggs. The color is great and it is lightweight.

Pan is ok but not the best quality.
Was great for a while but now stuff is starting to stick. Also the surface is not flat which makes oil roll off to the side. Not sure why but a little disappointed.

Perfect size for little things like oatmeal packs and grits the little packs.
Love this little frying pan. I fixed my grits in it in the morning or my oatmeal so I bought me two one in the dishwasher and one on top of the stove for the next day. Lovely color too. Perks up my kitchen.

Great skillet
Great skillet. Nothing sticks to it, just slides off with a wipe & a rinse.

Happy With Purchase
I've used it daily for almost two months (eggs, hamburger, steak, Canadian Bacon and cauliflower gnocchi) and nothing has stuck. Mine is not chipped or discolored like some reviewers mention. Cleans up easily. Looks like the photo and still appears new. I am taking seriously the reading I've done on ceramic pans and using a rubber spatula to stir food in this pan, low to medium heat, hand-washing and making sure it is clean between uses, and storing with a dish towel in the pan to separate from other pans stacked in my drawer. On a 2-4 setting on my stove it heats fast and cooks evenly. I was especially impressed with the gnocchi pasta dish because I've made that before in my regular Calphalon fry pan and it was a stuck on mess so this was great to have it slide right out and leave an empty surface for a quick wash. If deciding between sizes, go larger. I wouldn't want smaller than this 8 inch and I plan to buy the 12 inch also (8 inch will hold a pound of hamburger but just barely). My experience is if you plan to treat the pan gently as instructed, it is a very good non-stick pan. UPDATE: At 4 months starting to get specks of the metal below the ceramic coating showing. Still non-stick but pan could do with a thicker coat of ceramic. Mine has been treated gently with only silicon spatula and handwashing.

best nonstick pan i've ever used
it's great. i use it for egg dishes, omelets, shrimp or fish and fried potatoes only. (i use other pans for meat). it is as slick and scratchfree as anything i've ever used. i've had this pan for a while now (i've since bought a 2nd one) and it still is cleaning up great and no scratches - which is amazing. i recently tried the "blue diamond" pans - very nice; but this pan is better. i think the price for these are very fair too. a very good purchase for anyone wanting a quality pan. edit: 12/30/21 -i'm starting to see some very small chips in the cooking surface -and i do not use any hard utensils or cook anything in it but eggs/omelets. it does cause some superficial sticking but nothing serious. i've used this pan a LOT so it appears to be 1 1/2 years of hard use before some deterioration occurs. not bad for all the time i've used it, though.
