First problem is that this board is not a keyboard encoder needed to generate key events for game emulators, like MAME. It's a USB Game Controller interface. So unless you're building a game controller device, you'll need additional software to remap game controller buttons to key characters that can be recognized by your emulator.Second problem is that at least on Windows 10, only one board can be used. I was able to get the first board working fine. But after alternating between two secondary boards, both of them are recognized as USB Game Controllers by Windows 10, but neither of them accepted any inputs when testing, regardless which positions the buttons were mapped to on the board.Of course no warning in the advertisement, documentation, or company contact information from this company for support.

This is a joystick usb board. That means you can take a controller and convert it into a USB device (controller recognized by Windows). What I needed it for was to make some buttons simulate a keyboard stroke.So I got regular arcade buttons with microswitches (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07GBSJX2H/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) and installed them into a small box with this controller.This will assign those buttons as a controller. You then just need to map these buttons to a keyboard stroke of your choice. To do this I used JoyToKey which can be found at JoyToKey.net It's a shareware program, and I'm sure their are similar programs but this was free and simple. Works like a charm.

The push connectors are the smaller narrow style - something that will not work with omron switches.They need to show that image so others don’t make that mistake.

got this for a project i am working on. with a flight sim. this was just for testing buttons and small control panel for this worked great really its only push button but for what i needed it for it was great.

I liked the mounting holes on the board for my custom designed box I made.

Easy! I use this for button and switch controls for my driving sim rig. It is simple to add buttons and configure functions with this device. I love it so much I ordered a second to add another whole interface for additional buttons and switches, including Turn signals. (using a 4 way joystick)

Tempo fa avevo recuperato un vecchio joystick Albatros per Commodore 64 che era praticamente distrutto. Il poverino era sprovvisto del cavo, di uno switch e delle classiche ventose. Ho deciso di acquistare questo kit per resuscitarlo e per poterlo utilizzare sul mio personale retrocomputer.Il prodotto si è rivelato eccellente e grazie ad esso il joystick è ritornato a nuova vita e per di più modernizzato, infatti ora è dotato di interfaccia USB.Nella confezione sono presenti: 1 cavo USB, 1 foglietto illustrativo, 1 scheda di controllo resistente e bene assemblata e vari cavetti da 20cm per le connessioni.Questo kit è ideale per creare joystick personalizzati (a patto che abbiate già gli switch e l'asta del controller) e ne sono rimasto molto soddisfatto!Super-consigliato!

Ich habe den Encoder gestern erhalten, und auch direkt in mein Switch Panel gebaut.Versand war Top und der Inhalt ist gut und sicher verpackt.Pro:Alles funktioniert "out of the Box", einfach Schalter/Buttons anschließen, USB in den PC und fertig.Nach der Treiberinstallation, die Win10 vollkommen automatisch vornimmt, wird der Encoder als"Generic USB Joystick" erkannt und funktioniert einwandfrei.Die Ports müssen nicht programmiert werden, da alles "vorbelegt" ist.Contra:Die im Titel beschriebene "Null Verzögerung" ist nicht wirklich gegeben.Ich nutze das Panel für den neuen Flight Sim und da vergehen auch mal gut 2-3 Sekunden, bevor das Spiel auf die Eingabe reagiert.Da ich allerdings noch nicht weiß ob die Verzögerung vom Encoder oder vom Spiel verursacht wird, gebe ich trotzdem "erstmal!" 5 Sterne und eine Kaufempfehlung.

1- la description en anglais et en francais n'est pas la meme, donc si vous aller sur Amazon.ca francais il y a 2 fils de connection de moins et le fournisseur mais ca sur la faute d'Amazon.2-sur Win7 le pilote (driver) est plus souvent pas reconnu, donc non fonctionnel3-Utilise pour Euro Truck Simulateur 2 (ETS2) pis des fois meme avec les pilotes, ETS2 ne le recconnait pasje ne reccomande pas pour Win7 et ETS2

il prodotto è valido anche se una delle 2 schede era difettosa ( 3 dei pin maschi bianchi saldati male sulla scheda riparati in 5 minuti) , ma un'utente inesperto avrebbe fatto il reso. Consiglio vivamente di portare il numero dei connettori di collegamento pulsanti/scheda (i cavetti doppi bianchi e blu per intenderci) almeno in quantità uguale ai pin sulla scheda, in poche parole se la scheda contiene 23 pin i connettori devono essere 23!! non di meno, sarà poi a il cliente a decidere quanti usarne. Nel complesso fanno il loro lavoro
